Timhomegrow Godfather OG & Girl Scout Cookie In Soil

Day 62 flower and the one Godfather is getting close. Maybe another week? Geoflora says to stop massive a week before harvest so I skipped the massive in her water. Mostly cloudy tricomes

Yup I'd say a week + -...... awesome build on those nugz there.

Getting excited to chop yet

Silly me, didn't post a full tent shot earlier.

Godfather OG front left...has some more time. Godfather OG back left is mostly cloudy tricomes I posted earlier. Her fall colors are really showing through as she comes to the end. She will be first.

Girl Scout Cookie back right is mostly cloudy tricomes too and may be the second to be harvested. She's rough, but her buds look and smell great. GSC front right is the furthest behind, foxtailing a bit, white pistils and clear tricomes.

DAY 65 FLOWER

things are moving along...slowly ha. I'm waiting to see some amber tricomes, hopefully soon. They did get some Geoflora bloom today

Godfather OGs on the left and GSC on the right.

Back left Godfather, has had mostly all cloudy tricomes for over a week, still no amber. My digital microscope broke so no pics, sorry

Godfather Og front left. Trocimes are getting mostly cloudy. I do see amber on some Sugar leaves but she seems further behind than the other Godfather

GSC front right. She's the furthest behind and had a cola of nanners that I chopped off. She's doing surprisingly well considering

And GSC back right. She's been rough all grow but buds look nice and mostly all cloudy tricomes

Hoping the first girls are ready for chop in a week. Ideally I would like to chop by Aug 9th so I can hang and jar before leaving for a trip....or I'll have to skip the trip.

It was really nice of those nanners to all appear on a single cola for easy removal. :)

I hope the harvests all time out to keep the trip on track!
Haha! No kidding! I'm surprised doing that seemed to work.

New microscope came in yesterday. I like it much better than my old camera....dont have to smush it against the bud :)

Some quick pics below.

They are getting closer.

Beautiful, @Timhomegrow! You're going to get a very bountiful harvest. I always get "itchy scissor hands" when the crop is this close. Was just looking at mine and have to fight the urge to chop them down and get my hands all sticky lol. :bravo:
I swear that's the hardest part...trying not to chop too soon. I'm getting anxiety thinking about putting ine in the dark in a day or two and getting her ready. Trying to have patience :)

Chop or wait?

its day 66 of flower and this one Godfather is certainly close, if not ready for chop. Sometimes I think I search too much with the microscope for amber and a bit too soon with my chops....but idk.

Some pics/colas I say yes...some I say wait. Can't really tell with the microscope if I'm seeing bud or tiny sugar leaves. Thoughts?

Last watered Thurs morning, if I put in the dark Sat morning for 48hrs she will get hung Monday morning. It takes 6-7days hanging in my dry room (best part of a finished basement)....a chance I can trim on the following Sunday...but I'm sure it will be later and during work. It's not easy making sales calls with sticky trim fingers :)

I don't see any clear except in the last pic, so it's definitely in the harvest window unless you want more body stone out of it. Not all that much amber yet.
May wait a few days, wanting one plant with alot of amber just to see what its like.

hoping the one GSC is ready by than too. No amber, but certainly some cloudy, but also some clear. It may all depend on timing, I would like to be home day 6-8 of hanging to keep an eye our for trimming/humidity. Trimming two at once isn't bad.

Day 69 FLOWER

time for some tricome pics as they are getting closer to harvest.

I'll need to put some into the dark at some point from Aug 6-9th. After that, I'll have to wait until Aug 12-13th.

Godfather OG back left-definitely the first to go later this week, most likely Saturday for 48hrs of darkness before chop. Hoping to see more amber by that time

GSC back right. I'm seeing some amber, looks to be more on the leaves, but also some clear. Hoping by the weekend she is ready, would love to chop two at once and not sure she will make it to Aug 12th, afraid she will have too much degradation of the tricomes?

Of course I'm open to opinions and suggestions :)

I would just wait until the very last minute on all of them! And take down the ones that look really close on the 9th. If the darkness is messing with your chop time then I'd skip it. Better they should be ripe and on your schedule than hoping the darkness makes a difference.
I was thinking of in the dark for 2 (or 3) on the 9th. If it looks like they may hold over until the 12th-14th then I'll hold one over. Part of me is fearful of trimming three plants at once though haha
