Day 30
Today Bubba and Kushi got their first prophylactic spider mite treatment. I am in Queensland, Australia and it literally is the home of the insect. A true Queenslander has accidentally eaten 894 flies by the time they reach adulthood lol.
So there are some interesting finds so far. Despite both clones being taken from similar parts of the mother plant, one has decided to Reveg. This will give it a monstercropped vibe. For those new to growing or cloning, monstercropping is where you take a flowering clone. For the flower clone to veg it must Reveg. Im guessing the clone has to dial back the hormones it must develop to flower. A monstercropped clone will produce these odd flat sided leaves which look nothing like Canna leaves. It must be Mother Natures way of resetting and metabolising the reintroduction to the veg hormones, which to be effective means a reduction of the flower hormone. Or that’s what I figure anyway lol. It’s my favourite way to clone tbh.
Both plants look super healthy. Both plants are a beautiful green. However Bubba who uses Nutes A is doing better growth wise.

Both girls are now a perfect shade of green. Bubba on Nutes A is still doing better than her sister Kushi on Nutes B. Both girls are being watered approximately 1-2 per week. Apart from that nothing new, and I’m well pleased with both. If I didn’t know they were twins I’d swear they were different strains. Both look like very different plants. ♀
As you can see they have responded well to carhooking. I always seem to do better with clones than I do seeds.
This is a wake up pic. I’m had to jigger my Veg Tent coz I have 6 plants all different heights.
Thanks for following along. While many find veg underwhelming, it’s actually my favourite part of any grow. I’m notorious for Vegging like a Viking, then Flowering like a Fucktard. Lolling!

Well Nutes A is well in front! I’m shook I really am! I so didn’t think there would be much between em.
As you can see, their colour is perfect. I’m really happy with both, but a clear winner is what I want.

Uppot 
I mix my dirt and add water so my dirt is wet before I uppot. I don’t water after. I just think it helps with controlling an even distribution of moisture.
My mix is dirt, white stuff and Blood n Bone.
Bubba was as dry as a dead dingos donga. As far as roots go, Kushi’s look better. I’m in the 1% who aren’t root focussed lol. I’m not at all interested in roots unless the plant is stalling. I’m foliage focused.
Omg my Veg Tent has waaaaaaay too much going on. I’m gonna need to formulate a plan. But that’s a tomoza job lol. B & K look suitably miserable.
