That should get good results.

I've also lowered my cobs to 200watts and I'm getting better growth.

Think 300 was too much for Veg.

Could be, don't need to much for veg. I'm interested in seeing how you crown royal do. Be careful, they can outgrow your space pretty quick. They grow tall, I tried 3 times good smoke just on fluffy side

I'll keep that in mind.

I have issues with not enough stretch so it will be interesting to see how they grow under these cobs.

My current flower tent is on short side also. This is 2nd time vegging with mars 1200. Mine didn't stretch at all, they are same size as 1st put into flower. They just started budding, no stretch. We might have to let veg a little longer. If I use hps from start to finish, plants are double in size.

I am hoping for some nice quality meds here.

I've struggled with the same defeciency from day 1. Light almost faded green edges on both of my grows.

Can't get the nice green lush leaves.

Next round I'll be trying a semi organic grow.

It is similar to the method that JimmyJames905 uses.

No feed until flower which means no ph worries either (hopefully)

I am testing the mix now on my spring flowers, tomatoes, and peppers.

These are some of the seeds I started under the quantum boards.

Keeping the wife happy.

My current flower tent is on short side also. If I use hps from start to finish, plants are double in size.

A HPS has almost no blue in it. Blue keeps plant short, red makes them stretch much more. I would start with a lot of blue for tight nodes and then exchange it with mainly red when i want more stretch. . if you have 5000K and 3000K chips for example you start only 5000K, then slowly add red, when flowering and want stretch go for only 3000K for a week or so and then add 5000K to it to slow down the stretch.

These ladies are very very happy.

Today is day 6 of flower.

I looked at my pictures from 4 weeks ago and the ladies have blown up.

Screen is full and they are nice and green.

Tops popping up everywhere.

Everyday I will bump up the wattage.

Nice and even - lots of tucking in last 2 days!

Still feeding Veg nutes.

One more Veg feed tomorrow then I'll start transition to Bloom.

Should start getting exciting.

I get into flower stage, vegging isn't as fun. I started using the ph perfect 3 part. With distilled water it ends up with ph of 5.8 to 5.9. I called AN and asked of I should bump up the ph to 6.5 or 6.7. They said no, that stuff in nutes allows plants to uptake nutrients from ph of 5 up to 8. In my head I was worried, but plant seem to love it

Checked on ladies during morning coffee and I had an eye opener.

During maintenance I closed off a supply valve for plant 2 & 4.

Somehow I turned 2 on but not 4. So plant 4 is 2 days late getting a feed.

Gave her 5ls of food and she should perk up.

Canopy is growing very fast and even.

Hope she is all perked up after her 12hr rest.

Will update tonight.

Clones haven't shown roots yet but my Crown Royale is 2 days old and looking happy.
