White Widow Regular Grow!

So its been a while longer. Finally hit day 63 + 48hour dark cycle, chopped her down and hung up the organic White Widow. Processing into oil asap amd geting Mum back on her treatment. It dis hermi and due to a lighting issue so im hetting some nice beans. Will these be regular or fem?

The jack herer is going great even though i accidentally chopped of a giant cola in pruning though im back on coco for this one. Will attempt to hermi the Jack Herer clone i made since its now under the big light and is vehibg for the next few weeks before flipping to flower. Auto feed system runing manually feeding in a wet dry cycle twice a week, increasing as she drinks more!

Congrats on the harvest Amigo. :yahoo:
Garden looks great, very healthy.
Not sure about the seeds, where are they from again?
Talk soon :passitleft:

Oh the seeds came from a slight lighting issue halfway through flower @Bill284 At least I have White Widow genetics forever...

Maybe off for 24-48 hours and I got a few male pistols randomly on the under canopy. I think it stressed the plant enough to hermi. Though the new grow commences on the Jack Herer and I went overboard on the haircut!

As Melville says they will be female.
I've found unfortunately that growing seeds from hermies can produce hermies.
So if I find a seed, anywhere I crush it.
I don't like to risk 2 months work to have my garden pollinated, again.
Good genetics give best results.
But I've seen some beautiful bag seed girls, so what do I know?
And yes you remove way too many leaves. :Namaste:
If she ever had an issue you have no foliage to protect her.
Those leaves also give her energy.
She will grow much faster with her leaves.
Plus now she has to put energy into growing more leaves instead of bud site's.
I grow my fan leaves once and don't touch them at all period.
Even damaged ones stay till the end.
Just curious is it the light that gives them the light green color?
Makes them look hungry.
Have a great day my friend. :passitleft:

How is it going @Ganja Droid 420

Just finished reading your grow journal, and found it very interesting.

A little advise I have learned growing sativa and sativa hybrids they tend to be nitrogen hogs, hence the reason sativa's are always light in color. I am currently growing a White Widow in DWC for the first time; and the research I have done suggest feeding extra Nitrogen during veg to increase the grow.

I cannot swear by this, but I do believe it has foundation.

Strains like White Widow, Jack Herrer, Bruce Banner #3 and others show better results with addition nitrogen.

Just a thought.

Stay safe, and grow well my friend,
Tok..

Yeah I think I had an inital nitrogen issue though when I started treating the Bio-Canna ax if it was coco nutes measuring EC (had to up it) and pH that was way way off (4.8 factory measurements). I do remove lots of leaves though she was really crowded underneath and I wanted to take some clones early for a mates living soil summer grow that needs to get going.

1 mother and 9 clones. First 3 rooted nicely and zi judt transplanted them. Still waiting for roots on the healthier looking ones.

I dried and trimmed the clone of the WW and I guestimate that one small olant yielded abot a QP. Jarred firva few days so fsr and the terpenes are beginning to get smelly.

Unfortunately I have the big olant to trim still bah!

You can actually see thecsmall male pistol in one of the bud pics. The hermi was due to a lighting issue I had when they went off for maybe 48-72hours max halfway through flower. Im guessing thats enough to cause the small hermi that occured.

Oh and my extreme pruning has paid off before. I'll make several more upper nodes on tge next trim as she grows and drop her to the ground training her best I can in a spiral shape. My main goal is to continue the genetics as its my last Jack Herer bean though it seems I'm good at seed production 😆

Though I guess this is turning into a perpetual grow journal 😆

The White Widow is almost ready to manicure and jar to cure! Not expecting a giant yield though its sticky icky trichome goodness. Everytime I chop a ball I end up with a ball of hash on my finger tips! Impressed with the easy low maintenance grow with Bio Canna, however yield did suffer. Coco is King!

The Jack Herer is going well. I've have a 50/50 success ratio on making clone and the first 3 have taken off nicely in coco.

Just transplanted 4 new clones into soil for a friends outdoor grow this season so hopefully they take off nicely within the next week.

Also a giant SHOUTOUT to the entire 420Mag community. You all know who you are. Much love guys and gals and every other identified gender. I couldn't have pulled off this soil grow with out you guys. Everyone who has liked, commented and giving me advice made the grow a success. That entire plant will be processed into oil and we are starting Mum back on her canna oil treatment for her Alzheimers. I kept the small one for me to toke 😆 I'll attempt to keep the Jack Herer in perpetual over the summer with and indoor mother and otherdoor flower until the weather settles. Up next will be the 20% CBD Canadida strain from Medical Marijuana Genetics. I've been sitting on those beans for Mum for 5 years now and you cant get them anymore. Half the tent will be THC and the other half CBD between 2 giant plants. Her condition is stable though is still in a very slow decline. The Lions Main Mushroom has done its job as a neuroprotectant though its time ti flush that plague out of her frontal lobe with some high THC at night and high CBD during the day time with an extra healthy diet on top including lots of brain food. Im determined to cure the world of ALZ!

Well I've flipped the Jack Herer and her 3 little girls to flower. A bit of salt burn in the lower fan leaves though ive been slack on the flush. Throwing in the flood table to give them a good flush! The big girl is setup with an automated drip feed system on a wet/dry cycle and i hand feed the the 3 clones to make sure I get off my arse and ibto the grow room to sing to the girls!

Cheers @Bill284 ive been super busy with music and a little slack in the grow room letting the paint dry... Just got my arse into gear before and rebuilt a brand new flood table... New upgrades that will reduce humidity and make for easy flushing!

The girls arw on week 1 of the flower nutirent regime though im halving the amounts of the expensive nutes. Major flush coming up Sunday night!

Jack Herer. Though the phenotype seems indica dominant. We'll see in the next couple of weeks when the girls get their stretch on.

Few more upgrades as the girls are drinking double and a little lower maintenance was required. 100 litre tank with a main pump for the mother plant and a 3 way splitter w/ 3 DIY drippers for the 3 smaller clones. Should save my back a bit of pain with an easy refill eith the hose and 2 pumps going to oxygenate the h20 whilst the Hydrogen Peroxide disinfects and evaporates. I did notice the pH went from 7.0 to 6.5 from the pumps recirculatng the tank...

The Jacks lookin whack! Week 1 of flower complete!
