Day 31 Update:

The lights are back on now as I did not want the dark period to be during the day because of potential light leakage. (Although it looks pretty dark in there) Started 12/12 today.

Kandy still growing upwards, while Bubba is playing catchup. Bubba grew taller overnight and was looking like she wanted to take over the height lead, but within the last few hours Kandy stretched up some more.

Its mad how your auto is so much bigger than mine as i had a few problems. Mine is just a day younger and a third of the size.

I have been lucky, and this forum has helped me tremendously. It could be genetics too though.

Now i changed my soil make i hope to have PH issuse sorted and they will start being a lot healther from now on

Update Day 33:

Both girls still going strong. Kandy is still stretching and Bubba is trying to play catchup. Bubba has gotten taller, she is on day 2 of 12/12, still no sign of preflowers yet.

Kandy is starting to smell sweeter too. I don't mind smelling her now. I am definitely growing autos from here out. I don't want huge yields and time is shorter with autos...
Bubba is scaring me, her trunk is so thick, I just know when she starts flower, she is going to get tall! She is so sensitive to light too, so I am going to have to think about my plans when that happens. Might have to LST her.

i do like autos for the excat same reasons as you said. I also gives me a chance to try different strains at a quicker pace than with photos. Im going to start popping a new auto about every 4 weeks so i have a steady supply for myself.

Welcome Firstime. Thats a good question. I have an photo (Bubba) in with my auto (Kandy), so I had to switch the light schedule. Next grow will be all autos.
