420 Magazine's Official Girl Scout Cookies Comparative Grow By CigNv

Yeah, it could be. At this point it doubt it would hurt much either. Very likely only about 7-10 days left. getting lots of cloudy, but not much amber yet. They just got watered and fed yesterday so they will be due again tomorrow or Friday. I will toss a 1/2-1 tsp into each one.

Day 113 Outside. Put in another net. They are already a foot above it and a good 6"+ above the fence. I may just let them go, but the somewhat thinner branches may not hold up the buds later. Likely going to have to do a lot of tucking and hoping they don't get too tangled up.

Day 57 flower. They will get a good watering and feeding tomorrow which may likely be their last. I may water only one more time Wednesday or Thursday if they do go to Saturday. Getting about 75% cloudy or more and a few amber starting to show up. Hairs are finally brown more than they have been growing.

Well CigNv, that group shot made my day. Magic carpet right there. Cheers

Day 58 flower. They all just got what is going to be their last feeding. Will only add water in the next few days if they need it.

Most look close to 75% or more cloudy and starting to see a few amber here and there. Quick dry test bud was quite tasty despite being forced to dry in 24 hours. Potency was well within acceptable range. You could tell it still needed more time though. Most likely chop is going to be Friday night since I will be finishing packing to go out of town most of Saturday. The only way I see them going longer is if I plan to come back mid trip to chop them, but they may not need it.

Just a few random cola and bud shots as well as another couple views of the whole tent. Enjoy.

Damn they look good. I especially like the single cola shots. They look dense.

Yes, they are quite dense. Even the secondary and lower buds even have a bit of density too them.

So far i have one successful clone from these. Going to turn it into a mother and run this again after i get some clones from her (and improve my cloning skills). That run will be 100% @GeoFlora Nutrients. Be interesting to see the diffrent all the same pheno and nutrients more tuned to this strain will be.

I was pulling some fan leaves trying to decide if I want to harvest tomorrow night or not and could not help but be impressed with how large and dense the colas are. 8 of them like this on this one (#7). Even the smaller under buds have some meat to them and don't give much when squeezed.

I pulled off one of the medium sized secondary colas from #4 and trimmed it up to get a good look. 40g wet is not too bad. This would be a side branch and didn't quite make it to the top with the main colas. It still looks not quite done yet though. I think I will be leaving them all for another week and harvest when I get back from out of town.

I also have been finding one or two of these here and there at the tops of some of the colas. Very under developed and coming too late to cause any harm. Also most likely environmentally caused.

They can still split into a Stigmas.
Looking really good!

:bravo:

CigNv, I can’t see what you are showing…please do tell.

Hi cr8. I believe the photo is showing nanners. Those yellow banana-shaped things are nanners. When this happens to a plant, it is also known as a hermie.

Nanners.jpg

Bananas or “nanners” are a type of mixed-sex cannabis flower that grow from the middle of cannabis buds as a result of stress or genetics.

Bananas are unwelcome in cannabis gardens because they release pollen that can cause developing buds to form seeds. One or two bananas probably won’t make a whole lot of seeds, but many of them can produce very seedy buds. The earlier they appear in the flowering stage and the more time bananas get to release pollen, the more seeds after harvest. Bananas are essentially a last-ditch attempt by the plant to make seeds for the next generation.
