Looks like the beginnings of trichomes on the leaves.
Cant really tell what it is in these pics though.

Lol here I was thinking those were eggs for sure.
I’m going to do another hydrogen peroxide/water spray in a couple of hours... I’m also going to top the plants, so I’ll be able to get a better look at the leaves under the microscope. On the healthy ones, I haven’t seen any bugs under the scope yet.
