Are my buds ready or not?

Hello Peeps!
Need some advice on harvest timing as I am reading too much online and getting mixed signals as to when to chop em up.
The top buds of my ladies are obviously looking more cloudy and amber trichomes and the lower buds still need some time imo.
Should I chop the top ones to allow more light to penetrate the lower ones?
Here are some pics of my photoperiod feminized sativa dominant babies...
Hope I didn't post too many pics and if so, my bad!

Trichomes still look clear. I like to let mine brown a little, but that's just me.

Otherwise, another week or two.

Prob a couple weeks but but.
When she is finished flowering and building for you her nutrient uptake will slow to virtually nothing.
Is she still draining her pot regularly?
Or is it taking longer in-between watering?

She’s still growing and putting on more bud weight. Still a lot of energy being used, transpiration etc. when she stops drinking water it’s a sign.

Rule of thumb is kinda pistals about haft white haft brown, and trichomes Cloudy, for maximum thc weed, if trichromes start turn amber , you start heading towards crouch lock.

make sure you check the trichs on the bud itself and not the sugar leaves. the trichs mature out on the leaves much faster than it takes the bud to be ready.

My garden is just starting. I have a bug problem now so I'm looking into how to eliminate those buggers.

Sometimes it's lighting but generally it's genetic.
Not a lot you can do to prevent them.
I run @Herbies Seeds and have never got foxtails.
Better genetics I guess would be the cure.

Stop picking up road-kill foxes? Might work.

Harvesting earlier might work. I noticed that the buds were more likely to start to show foxtails the longer I left the plant flowering. Once I started harvesting at 8 to 9 weeks and stopped waiting 10 to 12 weeks after the first flowering pistils/stigmas showed the foxtails no longer started developing.
