I am going to put these youngsters outside next weekend so I can flip the rest of my garden to flower. They will be just about four weeks old.

They look healthy and happy.
Love those big single blades, might be huge.

I guess I’ll have to do some research on hardening off, didn’t cross my mind. I have a 40% shade cloth over my outdoor area so they won’t be getting direct Arizona sunshine.

Arizona sunshine ah yes.
I've heard wonderful things.
Shade cover is perfect.
Let them acclimate before going into direct sun.
I've read things about growing outside in the desert, mostly complaints.
I hope you have a stellar grow out there.
Shade cover might be the way to go.

There’s a part of me that thinks that 40% shade is too much but I’m gonna go for it and see what happens. I’m more worried about the heat than I am the direct sunlight. Here’s the forecast for the next 10 days or so.
