Bit of help please never seen this before have not got pests or spider mites or fungus gnats do not have a clue what this is help!

spider mites, big time. Look at the base of the plant for almost microscopic crawling black spots. Look for webs in the lower notches. They are there somewhere.

Only started happening since I changed my nutrients go and have another look now see if I can find any spiders but doubt it

then you explain what other bug causes those pinprick holes in your leaves... Most people cant see the tiny spider mites even when they are swarming, they are that little. Trust me, you have classic spider mite damage whether you want to believe it or not.

Its possible it could be early stage calcium deficiency if it's not some sap sucking insect.
Does appear to be a insect bite but it could be a deficiency.

Well if you're 100% believe I've got them I will go and have another look again that's what I thought it was when I first seen it but I've looked everywhere surely I would see one or two on a back of a leaf

I even thought I had mould and was going to cut the lot down and start again
i tend to agree with emilya by the look of the leaves
however if you are really firm in the belief it is not.....
first get a jeweler's loupe and check the underside of those leaves to help rule out spider mites. anything in a 30 - 60 x magnification should do it. a great tool for checking trichomes too.
if satisfied you can not find any bastard black specks running around on the underside of the leaves, get yourself some cal mag.
however if you are really firm in the belief it is not.....

That looks so much like spider Mites that it almost has to be.
Just that one leaf looked like it could be possibly a deficiency, but when you look at the whole plant it looks exactly like spider mites

yep, thats him... watch long enough and get yourself still enough, and you will see him move. Nasty little things, and sadly, if you had followed one of your earlier inclinations and simply chopped all of this down and started over again, those little beasties would just hide out in the room until you got them some new plants to munch on. You now have an infestation, and you absolutely must eradicate it before moving forward.

Well the good news is spider mites it's got to be nutrients lock out or calcium deficiency finger is because the pH is 5.4 and I'm growing in soil I did pH it up but forgot the last two times watered them will update with some new pics soon

I am still not convinced. Ca deficiency usually appears up top... you have shown off a mid level fan leaf that looks quite chewed up. I hope you are right, but I can't unsee what I saw.
