But according to this picture i should have no lockouts because my runoff was at a ph of 7.0 according to my blue labs pen. Unless the runoff means nothings its what i put in it?.

I think the runoff is what your soil ph is.. it could be a lockout cali my ph was 7 and above and i had a little lockout with a pretty decent iron deficiency. I corrected that right before flower and they have been verry happy ever since! Soil ph is best at 6.5 no matter what that chart says lockout can start to happen at 6 or 7 ph in soil.

Go 6.2 PH in and you'll see 5.8-6.0 out

Well if it's done properly and you have a good soil you could go 6.6 or so but if you are putting in 7 you should be around 6.5. If it's not happening try 6.8 which is still too high for me
