Put two plants into Flower schedule, one was a Clone so knew what it was but the one from seed turned out to be a male. Brought them to a grow box I have inside just to experiment, not expecting making a good strain but I read it is a dice roll so giving it a shot this time instead of just destroying the male as both plants were struggling and are really small anyway. As always lots of info out there but thought I'd see if anyone that has played around with doing it can answer some questions.
1. Do you go all the way thru Flower on the Female before you harvest?
2. How long is the pollen viable/'live"? As in when can I move a different plant into that box w/o risking problems even though it will be in Veg timers.
3. Do you just dry the Flowers the same way as you normally would or is there another way to dry out the seeds?
4. How long until you can tell flowers were pollinated and how do you tell for sure? Or do I want to leave the male in there longer thru Flower cycle?
