This is some high yielding, super potent and is a total joy for any grower. I'm one of the very few people that have it.

Subscribed! For vegetative growth I would use a 18/6 18 hours of light and 6 hours of darkness lighting schedule. I read a study where lighting schedule versus root length was tested and plants grown under a 16/8 lighting schedule grew the longest roots, 18/6 was not tested. I was made aware of a study where lighting schedule versus growth was tested and plants given at least 5.5 hours of darkness grew the most. You may also want to consider taking cuttings and making your own feminized seeds if that is a rare strain. You can see how I use Silver Thiosulfate to produce feminized pollen to create feminized seeds in my KingJohnC's 400 Watt LA Confidential Seed Cabinet Soil Indoor Grow Journal.

I will give 16:8 a shot with my next grow, thanks for the info!

I just didn't feel like taking clones from her because she apparently is from a long line of clones already, I would prefer to have a mother that isn't so cloned out. I can get seeds or clones from a certain fellow luckily or I would definitely be hoarding it.

I flipped the 12/12 switch on August 18th so today is the 8th day of flower. She shot pistols a couple days ago, The fun begins!

I vegged her for 2 months if anyone was wondering.


Here's some pictures I just shot, testing out the HDR function on my camera and it seems to be working pretty well!

Trimmed some lower branches so she could focus energy to the tops, significant growth overnight.

Clone attempts + grapefruit and HGK seeds germinating (doubt they will sprout, I can't seem to get anything to germinate)

Day 12/12
She has stretched 2x the height that she was since the start of 12/12, She almost fills the entire closet up now horizontally as well!


Using the 4 4 1 GH ratio and adding 4 mgs of cal-mag per 3.75 litres. Seems that she is always hungry, Been doing Feed, feed, water, feed feed repeat and it seems to be doing well for her. I haven't preformed a single flush throughout this entire grow either.


Btw, Are these pics better? I realize I had them a bit small before.

I removed the majority of the LST strings as she is now basically finished her stretching phase.

I get around 3-4 yellowing leafs per daily near the bottom of her. I keep plucking them but I'm wondering if it could potentially affect my yield.

I am feeding her full strength GH 3 part nutes along with 5 mgs cal-mag per 3.76 litres. So I really don't think it's from lack of nutes.

The ones that yellow seem to be the ones really close together and lacking light, Then they rapidly turn yellow and die. All my top growth and looks wonderful though

3/4 of these clippings taken 8 days ago. Still looking like the day I took them, Roots do not seem to be appearing yet though.

just curious, but how often are you feeding? is it every day feed, feed, water, feed feed repeat like you said. It sounded like you do it each day of the week. I only ask because with yellowing leaves could mean that the plant is getting too much nitrogen and salt build up. I had my plants do great in veg, but a few weeks into flowering the plants would turn yellow-brown get crunchy and die. That really affected my yeilds. Nice grow though for 240watt, really makes me scratch my head because some of my plants dont look like this

I feed her every 48 hours or so, At the moment it is feed, feed, water + cal-mag, feed, feed repeat.
I was doing feed water feed but the yellowing was actually worse as you could see from earlier in the journal.
I don't think it's from nitrogen build-up as my newer growth would be extremely green and hard, I had this problem in my first grow ever.

I spent a lot of time lsting her, I tied back every single branch since the day I got her and vegged her for a month myself so she's about 7 weeks into veg before I flipped her into flower. My last rockstar grow done with the exact same setup minus the reflectors yielded me a measly 35 grams, she was also vegged for 3 months!

I'm expecting 4 ounces minimum from this girl

This was BC Chemo, Boy this strain was/is awsesome. I wish I could get that pheno again...

So I had a chat with the fellow who gave me my girl a few days ago. This strain was taken from a cutting 5 years ago and has been cloned out since. They have been searching high and low for the same strain but without luck for numerous years, It hurts to say it but this strain will not be around in another 10 years when the clones finally reach their end. 10 years is a long time, but still a bit sad to know that I will not be able to ever enjoy it when I'm older.

Zed is able to out-produce anything he's ever grown in 20 years and provides the smoothest of all smokes even with a crappy cure. She will look like 'Lime green freezies' as he likes to say when she's a bit further into flower. I encourage everyone to pull-up a seat now

Adding 1-2 tsp miracle grow mutli purpose for an added 'umf'. She seems to be enjoying it.

My arsenal

The Babies (Planted on Sept 6) Missing one picture of Purps II. She sprouted Today and all these pictures were taken last night. Germed them all in a sytrofoam container with lid along with wet toilet paper. Taproots formed 24 hours later and all were planted into soil containing forest compost mix, decomposed worms along with their castings, perlite, vermiculite, organic sifted ground soil and bits of styrofoam for added drainage.

Zed is packing the weight on, Thankfully her stems are nice and strong from all the LST. She is completely done stretching and is now in full blown bloom. Lights are 1/4 - 2/4 an inch away from the top buds and she is loving it. Might have some airpocket seeds, I noticed some white husks in a couple colas but this is to be expected from such a cloned out strain. Stresspockets or not, She is still frosty

The other Babies are looking good, Purps 2 is a little bit runted but that's okay. PH maybe a little high, running around 6.5-7

Day 34 of 56 Zed
Minor nute burn with the addition of the MG, Gave her straight water for the first time in a while. Also had a high PH runoff a week ago, had a run-off of 5.0.. Glad nothing bad happened.

Anyone know whats going on with my baby? Gave her a really light dose of nutes and it caused my leafs to curl upwards..
I'm not exactly sure, I was hoping someone could help me out.
