hey guys and gals im back after a few years away. got a little garden set up but will be expanding over the next few moths for a more on going grow, started my first coco grow and so far im liking it.
Strains
2x Pineapple Express Auto (Barneys seed Farm)
2X Auto Mazar (Dutch Passion Seeds)
1x Blueberry Auto (Unknown)

also added a few cuttings of Tropicana Cookies x Peanut Butter Breath. that i took off a friends mother.

Set up
im running a 2'X4'x80'' grow tent, with 5, 2gallon air pots. i got a 100 Liter reservoir but only mixing about 40 liters at a time. i replaced my 600 watt hps with a amazon led light. one of thos HX5 1500watt cob lights. i know its not really 1500 watsss lol. it only draws 250 from the wall but so far its working good in this small tent.

im using Cana Coco and running Advanced Neutrients Sensi grow A+B and Sensi Calmag Xtra
might add 1 or two suppliments like voodoo juice and sensizyme or rhino skin.
and will switch to sensi bloom A+B and big bud in flower cycle.

plants are being fed twice a day currently with 440ppm and ph 6.0
i also hand water once every few days to make sure the coco stays evenly saturated.

i plan to be getting a 4x4 or a 5x5 tent in the coming months.

pictures to come

thanks for hopping aboard so quick. the auto mazar produces a big yeild. these seeds are from a few years ago grown them all annd all were pretty fantastic.
here is a few pics, didnt want to bore everyone with seedling pics so im actually starting this journal at about day 12 from sprout.

Im always game for a Dutch passion grow mate, can't get enough of them. Not tried any pineaple stuff yet iether so be nice to see how those turn out. Wouldn't mind doing one at some point
Nice clean set up you got too, You been growing long?

thannks bud., off and on for about 11 years, would always do a grow or two then tear down for a year or 2 to avoid the fuzz. but now i got a legal license for a medical grow so i put a little more effort into making it a clean set up. i also love building things. Built pig barns for a number of years and was the guy in charge of the watering systems to all the pens so making an automatic watering system is alot of fun. once i get my bigger tent or room set up it will be awesome.

Here is some close ups.
The blueberry had a weird light streak on the one leaf. And the one auto mazar had a bad transplant from solo cups. I didn't plan to do a transplant but my air pots didn't arrive on time so I started the seeds in solo cups. It was the biggest one on transplant day but it slowed down and stater to lighten up a bit. The root mass took a bit of a beating. Hopefully she pulls through.

Ach it'll take more than a bit of transplant shock to slow down a mazar mate. That why I love DP, they just keep going and going. I've been at it 3 years in various locations. Was at home for 16 month or so then got the gut feeling. Stripped out there and then. Auditing authority for the council turned up 8 hours later wanting in the attic to make sure my insulation had been fitted to spec! can't get much closer than that lol. just had my first fuck up on my first home run since the strip out. Lost the lot man I'm gutted. Been pushing on to see if there was hope but nay :( just lost what should've been an easy 500g to a bloody timer malfunction. (Me being drunk and knocking it)
Got some ak420 on though, and I think that's the photo they use to make the mazar actually. Hang on I'll have to check that but sure it is ....

That's a close call crazy hoe you can get those gut feelings. And sorry tk hear about the timer. I'm dealing with a faulty water pump at the moment. Noticed they plants weren't getting watered all the time and the noticed the water pump won't kick on. Even if I plug it right into the wall it won't kick on all the time. I guess I'll be ordering another one.

Yeah the only down side to having tech in the garden mate. Always something that can break lol.
Do you have any experience with drip rings? Right now I'm getting away with just using the bare ended 1/4 hose while they are small but I need somthing to disperses the water more evenly around the pot. Was thinking of running a second hose and then T'ing them both off to distribute 4 streams to the pot. But also saw thses 6 and 9 inch drip rings on the ebay.

Another tech fail in the garden today
The thermostat/ humidistat crapped out. It fell into the drop tray. Guess that's my own fault for having it in a bad spot. And reccomendations on a new one? It is about 10 years old though so it's served its time.

And a Pic of the garden

Funilly enough im about to look into something similar. Got 6 plants there rooted up. 2 for NFT. The other 4 going in 3gals. Gonna make something like a Wilma. Big, wide reservoir with a recirc pump feeding the 4 pots using rings like that. Just have it draining back into the Res. That's the easiest way I can think to do it.

Just noticed thatbthe blue berry plant has a mutant leaf looked back at the pics closely from a few days ago and it's been growing like this all along. Think it's anything to

worry about? Could it be related to that weird streaking on the other leafs?

Was considering somthing like this also will your res be under your 3 gal pots? Only reason I didn't do that was for height limitations

Yeah underneath mate. Otherwise would need to fix a run off tray to go back into the res aswell. That's just too much work for me lol. Thankfully I've no height restrictions these days.

Wouldn't worry about the wierd leaves iether. The streaky one is just a form of varigated pheno. the funny growing one will just be a wonky grower settling in, assuming your pH is sound anyway.
PH is 6.0
Been trying to keep it steady there since germination but been between 5.8 and 6.1 for the past 2 weeks. Figured that was reasonable picked up some oh and and down and also 7.0 calibration solution so should be able to keep it more stable from now on.

Will you be using coco for this setup? I've been considering doing a flood and drain set up with this Tent. Figure I can veg in here on a flood and drain set up and then move the plants to the 4x4 once I get that set up. 2x4 veg flood and drain and a 4x4 flower room either flood and drain on drip to waste. I have a 2x4 flood table coming in the mail this week so let's get creative
