Hi guys
I live in a cold always rainy country,
This is my plant after 5 days it grew too stretchy and weak, i hanged an LED over it by 2 inch far, the lamp is only 60 watt that’s why i hanged it in few centimeters, it is only for first days and after that i have a 400 watt HPS and will use it
The plant is too weak for 5 days, do you think I should bring the bulb closer to it?
What do you recommend?

2700k 60 watt LED

Next grow get a 3500k or higher. 3500 is good for the hole grow lower is good for flowering and higher is better for veg. 2700k has a lot of red and not a lot of blue light which can cause stretching. Go for 5000 if you want really bushy plants.

Attached is a chart showing some of the spectrums but this is for a Qb led and not your exact light but the information is close enough for this purpose. As you can see the 2700k has the least amount of blue and 5k has the most. 3500k(not shown in the chart) is an all around good light but if your just starting seedlings 4000k is a better option.

Take the globe off that led bulb-then set it about 4" above the plant- that'll stop the stretching.
You should also probably stake that plant up before it falls over....
When you transplant it,just bury it a bit deeper to shorten up that stem.

Stretching is already stopped, there is absolutely no heat around the plant do you still think I should move the bulb up?

No,if it's not stretching anymore,then the bulb is at the right height.
Heat's not really a thing with an led bulb.

I don't think he hung around for long,can't remember who he was.

just wondered how far he got. i can see them working in a space bucket or small cab grow maybe.

Ive seen a couple people do this and they grow some nice buds. Lots of wiring, too much for me. Fire hazard, lol.
