First Grow 300 Watt Dual CFL Grow Tent Setup - Green House Seeds - Big Bang Strain

Hi Everyone,

This is my first grow (and first post) so please forgive me for any rookie mistakes.

I have bought this:

The Grow tent should arrive on Tuesday. In the mean time I have started 1 Big Bang seed germinating in a small pot with coco-coir in it.

I have the pot under 1 20watt cfl bulb about 2 inches off the surface.

Question1 : Does this setup I bought on ebay look any good for 2 plants?

Question 2: Am I giving the seeds a good chance at germinating by placing them in coir and putting them under a 20watt bulb? (it's all I have until the grow tent arrives!)

I think I will use the paper towel method when the grow tent arrives but I wanted to give mother nature first shot!
