yes they are in coco/perlite mix and they came up fast they are just so tiny
As long as they are alive and green, just let them grow.
A couple days w8ll improve their size.
They should be growing just as her bigger sisters are. :thumb:
How are they doing collectively?

Well, there are possible reasons:
  • Genetics: Some strains naturally produce smaller seeds.
  • Stress: Stress during seed development can lead to smaller seeds.
  • Immature seeds: Seeds harvested before they are fully mature may be smaller.
  • Storage conditions: Improper storage conditions can damage seeds and affect their size.
  • Disease or pests: Seedborne diseases or pests can affect seed size and viability.

We still need to know if the seeds themselves were smaller than normal. The plant in the solo cup definitely looks tiny as compared to most other recently germinated seeds.

If the recently germinated seeds were small then a small plant that quickly grows fast enough to catch up should be OK.

But if the recently germinated seed was more of a normal size and the plant is small then there could be a problem somewhere in the process that has nothing to do with the seed itself.
