we are a week on from the last photos they have now had 3 weeks of 12/12
no problems really, smelling really nice
the g13 smells of citrus and lemon
the k train is really sweet fruity smell
both together smells lovely

the one concern i have is that i have to turn my fan off at night cos the closet is in my room and my girlfriend cant sleep
with the fan on, i have it timed to come on 3 times a night for 15 min. this is during the dark period
the humidity can get up to 75 during that time but the rest of the time its below 30 .

do you guys think i should have my fan come on more or put something in there to absorb humidity at night
or do you reckon i could get away with it

the g13 are the smaller ones on the right the ktrain are the bigger two

1 week later the g13 is a really lemon smell lovely
k train is really fruity smelling and have grown allot bigger than the g 13.
The buds are really starting to fill out now they have been in 12/12 for 4 weeks now.
i did a bit of defoliation yesterday to allow more airflow and better light penetration.
I strategically removed about 1/4 of the leaves off each of the plants.

Last week I took a good bit of leaves of the plants as they were restricting airflow and light penetration.
I don't like being wasteful so after they dried out i decided to make cannibuter brownies.
below I will outline my process an the steps involved

first I melted some butter and water on the stove on low heat.
I use about a cup of butter per ounce of trim and enough water to cover the trim and butter.
the water will separate at the end anyway.

I broke the trim up by hand as i broke my blender tryng to blend big ass stems

i added this to the melted butter water mix

left it to simmer for an hour stirring occasionally.

After that i strained out the mix.
If you add some hot water to the leaf material you can it strain again as I find allot of butter sticks to the leaves but it washes off with some hot water.

then you take that and put it in the fridge or freezer if you have the munchies now.

the butter will float to the top and harden and it should look something like this.

strain out the water and you have cannibutter.

The brownie recipe called for oil so i melted the butter and added a small bit of oil.
mixed it in with the brownie mix and bake in oven

Then get Baked yourself

yes i added mini marshmallows!!

Well I may not be a chef but the green thumb is looking very good.

I have about the same deal with humidity. I am going to add a larger fan. More air less moisture.

Love the recipe for the cannibutter. I was just thinking today about how I could get "baked" before I have buds from this harvest. So once I start clipping leaves I will keep them stored and then cook up some cannabutter!

Would have loved to have some cannabutter today for the strawberry cheesecake I made! MAN O MAN that would have been AMAZING.

about a week before they are to be chopped.
I usually take the most mature bud i can find and let it dry so i have something to test for the long night of trimming

when you store your leaves make sure to let the air at them and move them around so they dry out properly and don't go mouldy
i have found that when storing leaves they can go mouldy fast. i usually store in a paper bag moving them around daily

Its good to actually see another coco grow on here. Not too much coco going on around these parts.

Anyways I look forward to seeing your grow progress and finish with a bounty of dank and frosty nugs.

well those brownies worked anyway
buds are coming along nicely I am really impressed with the size of the ktrain.
The G13 plants are much smaller and im assuming will yield less but they smell sooo much of citrus.
more lemony than a lemon haha and real frosty looking

I came across a technique on this site known as back-budding It is basicly like topping a bud
it is supposed to give you more dense uniform buds
I decided to try this out hopefully we get some interesting results
I done it to 3 buds in total 1 bud on a g13 and two on a Ktrain
