whats up every one out there

my name is guitron1988, im a 20 year old newb at this, first time ever grow.

i constructed a small grow box for now

its 18" wide x 19 3/8" tall

im using right now 2 2700k cfls

This is were it be growing for the next week

I got a clone ..is that blue led okay for when its sleeping

and here it is with lights on at noon

How she looking ?

I will be needing lots of help but thanks to buddah i found this site

Im going to be picking up better cfl lights and soil . i was wondering can any one help out on what kinda ready to grow soil can i buy so far Im thinking of buying MG Organic thanks Mcbudz on that tip .

Hey what up i got some better cfls each has 1600 in lumen was the best i could find in walmart heres a picture of my baby skywalker . If any one sees a problem let me know

o Yea and a new pot its 8" in diameter i guess =] plant is about 4 " away from light ( 2 cfl each is 26 watt=1600 lumen ) new soil went with the MG Moisture control pottin mix

Hey bro

I think the fans blue LED shouldn't be a problem during the veg phase of your clone, but might be a problem during flowering sleepy time. Read this thread.

Otherwise having the lights 4" above the plan is good, I heard you can go as far as 3". Just use the palm of your hand, leave it close to your plant under the light for about a minute, if your hand doesn't get (too) warm your plant should be ok.

How long ago did you begin rooting this clone? Are you feeding it anything?

When i got the clone it had good roots ive had it in soil for about 2 days now
its in MG moisture control soil.

It was either MG moisture control or Scotts potting soil from home depot that gave me a fungus gnat infestation.

If you see little bugs living in your soil you'll need to pick up gnatrol or predatory nematodes to clear it up.

Fungus ghats I got some MG potting soil too.

So far good I would if you can find an emergency blanket for your reflector. Wal Mart has them if there not out. My room would have more if I could find them.

looks great..try to keep those CFL's closer..they look to be streching
they can literally be a half an inch from the plant!

Not bad do you have a ballast & fixture?
That would work very well with your setup.

Hey i got a problem one of my leafs broke, what could this mean? I tried searching but nothing comes up. !check the picture below!

Yup and may i add my top leafs are curling under . I water every weekend give it a good watering, about every 4 days a spray ,and every 7-10 days i give it the pest spray . if im doing any thing wrong <I prob am> don`t go to harsh on me keep in mind this is my first ever grow. all tips do come out helpfull. thank you
