Hydro Transplant Help

Hello all I'm looking for help I'm growing a seedling in a peat pellet and I'm wanting to transplant into the rockwool cube on Monday after I pre soak the cube tomorrow but can I add some Mycorrhizal powder to help with roots?

Also should I add any nutrients to the pre soak and if so what ppm or just PH'd water?

I'm using the Remo Nutrients Supercharge kit.

Since adding this question I've since transplanted the peat plug into the soaked rockwool cube which was ph'd at 5.8 and I added Mother Pukka Reggae Roots which is similar to Great White.

I have another question though which is my oxy pot came with a 80 L/H pump but I also have a 180 L/H pump to would adding the 180 pump with the 80 pump supplies be beneficial or cause problems?
