Jack Skellington Grow

Hello all, very small grow starting up with 4 Jack Skellington clones, planted on Nov. 8.. Last photo was taken today after 12 days in soil. I'm using Fox Farm soil & nutrients. Current lighting is four 300W CFL bulbs {6500K} and my 1st generation "Penetrator" L.E.D. light.

Just added a 5th 300w CFL, so now 1,500w and 19,500 lumens {3,900 lumens each}.

To clarify... They draw 65 watts, but their lumen output is equal to a 300 watt bulb. A typical 65 watt bulb seems to be well under the 1,000 lumen range.

it's still a lot of light. I grow 4 plants under 200 watts of cfl

Ya, I want to second that... While 325 (only) real watts, that is allot of CFL lighting. My primary grow space is all CFL: 1x105 watt (5000 lumens) 5500 temp, 1 x 65 watt (3900 lumens) 6500 temp and 2 x 65 watt (3900 lumens) 2700 temp and you are cranking more then that.

Just gave them a big drink... Decided to make one of the Skellington's a mother plant, and try my first attempt at cloning. Also added 3 Sour Diesel to the mix, and 3 Jack Herer are currently germinating.

Just a short update. Aside from one fan leaf showing some discolor {last pic}, all four plants are doing nicely. I also took another two clones from the Mother plant {that makes three so far}.

No, currently 20/4.

Nearly 4 weeks from clone. All 4 plants are doing great. Not sure when I'll put into flower, but I'm thinking another 2-3 weeks.

I was under the impression they could go for another 4 weeks. I read somewhere clones should veg for 2 months before flower. Can you elaborate a bit? Thanks BR!

you can expect them to double in size during the stretch.

Day 3 of 12/12, decided to flower all 4 plants. Also took out the Penetrator LED {now using it for seedlings} and added a 12 tube 4' T5. Currently putting out 75,600 lumens.

Thanks, the T5 draws 648 watts, the 4 CFL @ 65 watt ea.. Total is 908 watts.
