LED's 2018 Wedding Crasher Indoor Grow & Other Adventures!

Congrats on the sprouts LED! Soaked those rooters in distilled water first?

Thanks Shed! No I just soaked them this time in some arrowhead bottled water. I just use some kind of bottled water usually. After sprout it’s just my tap water

So when I woke up this morning I could see that I now have 8/10 seeds sprouted. I think the others should show up to the party by tomorrow. I think sometimes I push a few of the seeds deeper in some of the plugs than others and it takes them an extra day or so. I might have to break down and buy a heater for my grow room. It’s getting into the 40’s at night in there right now. Luckily my seeds are inside my house right now where it is 75-80 degrees always.

Also I went on Symbiotic genetics Instagram page, if you have time you should do the same. Omg so much purply, crystaly, goodness! But here are a few shots of how some of the other growers wedding crasher have turned out! If any of mine turn out remotely close I’d be super happy lol.

Those are nice looking buds! I guess I'll hang around and see how yours turn out. And get some damn heat in that grow extension!

Dang Shed, RO water, Vics vapor machines, heater??? What you think my shed is a day spa!? LOL

last night I finally pulled out some of the last buds I took off my forbidden fruit. tastes like orange crush and a cherry Jolly rancher had a baby. I put some on this yellow container for contrast. Coolest looking stuff I’ve grown for sure!

So far 9/10 of the wedding crasher has sprouted. I’m a little doubtful of #10, but I will give it a couple more days. The others will probably go into cups tonight or tomorrow. I picked up a new bag of happy frog and put some holes in some solo cups for their first transplant. I have a couple other strains I started also Honey Banana, Forbidden Fruit, and Fire OG. All seeds I found on stems from my outdoor grow.

While I am on the subject what do you all think. The past three years growing outside I have harvested huge plants with maybe 5-10 seeds on them. All the seeds are on the stems where the plant splits and not inside the buds. Now the obvious theory is a neighbor plant pollinated them. Or they got pollinated in the early stage of flowering s d the male was eventually pulled. But why only on the stems? Wouldn’t some of the buds get pollinated too? My theory is the plants just love my backyard so much they self pollinate for their own preservation. Has anyone encountered this? Am I crazy to believe this? Any info is appreciated thanks!

next step. Giving the last couple until Saturday to show up to the party or they aren’t going to make the cut!

Dat's a lotta solo cups!
Haha yea there might be a few! I always start more just in case. Because you Never know, could be a lot of males. I usually like to keep 12. This time one male is making the cut! And Im sure I have a couple buddies who would grow them if I have a couple extra

Ok 11/13/2018! I soaked my seeds on Sunday 11/11/18 and so far I have 5 that have popped up to say hello! (So im 50% so far on germination after two days!) I’ve been asked several times why I start my seeds in rapid rooters, It’s just what I’ve always done. I’ve tried the paper towel, jiffy pellets, soil, Rockwool. Even side by side with the rapid rooters and have always had better luck with the rapid rooter method. I’d like to introduce you the first ones to say hello
All I use is rapid rooters! Its perfect especially after soaking seeds for a little bit in H202.
