Hey 420. What a way to start the new year! I’m still pretty shocked I won as I’m definitely not the luckiest of people. I’m really chuffed. Thought I’d celebrate it with a first try of Chem #1 and give it a press and check out the rosin. First off I did the final weights of the two harvested plants.

Chem # 1 = 186 grams
Chem # 2 = 71 grams

Here are some pictures of the bud. I really need to get a proper camera as my pics don’t do it justice. This stuff is dripping with trichomes and the reason I didn’t give it a close trim. It’s all going to be squished anyway!

So I filled a 120 micron bag with 7 grams of bud. Set the heat plates at 190c and gave a squeeze for 2:30 minutes.

I wish you could all try some of this it’s absolutely amazing. Sour almost fruity inhale which turns into a sweet buttery flavour that coats the back of your mouth when exhaling. In a few days I’ll give a full strain report but you’re not going to go wrong with these Mephisto autos. I can’t wait to try them again.

Morning 420, today I had an hour in the garden so set to work on French Macaron #1. This plant was a little more time consuming to defol as it had a lot of small leaves that needed trimming. I’m happier now there is plenty of air movement and light should get to the lower buds with ease. These plants can go a dark red almost burgundy colour and I’m starting to see the buds on both FMs getting some purple shades so you never know I might get lucky considering they are two different phenos. Here are the pictures.

Hey 420. Today I’ve moved the dehumidifier into the main flower tent at the start of week six. Buds are starting to stack nice and the frost is getting thicker everyday. I’ve given the Pineapple Express a fresh res this morning, I’ve staggered the bucket changing so tomorrow it will be FM#1. Not much else to do so I took a boat load of pictures.
