So I placed an order from them directly at Indoor Led Grow Lights & Grow Tents on Friday April 8 and received an email of confirmation but no tracking number. Its now Monday and they haven't responded to any of my emails. .

What if I want a refund? The import tax fee is 50% that's to expensive for me, I can't afford to pay an extra $125 on top of the extra $250.
