My First Grow at 6 Weeks

do yall think I should cut some of the smaller spindley lower branches off so the top flowers can get bigger?
I know if I do to cut them flush with the larger stem. all input is greatly appreciated.

Looking good Papa. I need to go back and read your whole grow, but looks great now. I am harvesting my last 3 tomorrow. It will be the 3rd week in a row for harvesting....

check out this find of the day. its stretched mylar on a metal frame and will fit perfect in grow room. will be installing tomarrow night and take new pics.
some one was throwing it out and I thought I know where I can use that.

wow dude those look soo good, i am very happy for you i really wasn't sure if they were gonna fill up that good not sure if you had enough light but damn i was wrong those looks very good you should be proud man.

also i love how you put the cfls all around the grow area, those extra cfls go along way even if your using a HID light, they get into small areas where the light normally wouldn't be

thanks bike I am very proud and there is only 2 cfl`s in there as remember you are seeing reflection from the very clear mylar panel I have in there

was wondering if you had any info on using honey instead of molasses for puffier buds as dont wanna try it and kill my plants till I get good or bad info on it.

Blackstrap molasses is a good source of potassium. Honey, not so much.

not sure if im just really stoned or not but it looks like you got 3 CFL's in there, either way great job dude! when are you planing on cutting them?

theres only 2 cfl`s just as only 2 plants that mylar will fool ya....lol.

did ya notice the clones in the last pic? got those off a friends ak47`s they are doing real good still green and healtyh and started them sunday in a redneck clone dome....lol

wait so you have the clones under 12/12 light? i think you would want them in a separate area on a different light schedule unless that mylar is playing tricks on me again

oops forgot to mention at lights off I put them under sink with cfl going then move them back in for lights on.

cool as long as you stay on top of it thats not a problem , i do that some times with my vegetable plants, during they day they are in the window but when the sun goes down they go under a few CFL's. Nice work!

well today louise almost met her fate. as she was ready to be harvested so here are some pics of her just before the big chop. she did better then I figured for keeping her small. the reason I say almost is I got some small growth left on her and she is going back to veg and I will be doing an lst growth with her this time around.

Good job dude! Now let it dry for a day or two in a dark spot with nice air flow and jar it up , burp it twice a day for at least a week and let me know how the smoke is!
