Need help on watering the plants

I'm trying to learn everything before I start grow and I'm a little confused about watering..
When I need to water the plants? I need to do it every day or maybe 2 days..?
In the flowering time in need to water the plant only on the light time, right?

Look for member Emilya. Read her writings in the faq about watering. Water only when your plants need it, never on a schedule.

The best way to water, by far, is to use the weight of the pots as a reference. Here- I will dig out a link so I don't have to type it out all over again. Basically- water when the pot feels very light, and definitely if it's showing signs of under watering (dull looking and starting to wilt), but preferably before much wilting.
Then leave the plant alone until such time as the pot feels light again -as above. The plants don't need an evenly moist pot all day every day. A wet- dry cycle is a good thing.
Sometimes a pot dries unevenly and needs a little touching up at the surface by sprinkling around the edges a bit.
