The plant you have thats in the clear container...Transplant it into a pot that isnt tranparent. Other then that everthing is looking good!

Light will kill the roots. You can wrap the pot in duct tape to keep the light out.

The new growth is looking good, but the glass jar will not be big enough, you should transplant that into a bigger container.

i dont think the tinfoil on the top of the pot is good for the plant. But wait for someone with more experience to chime in before you change it...looking good though, keep up the good growing!

Stizzle is right. The foil needs to be removed for a couple reasons. It will create hot spots, and the roots need to breathe. Your basically suffocating the plant...

Looks good otherwise, nice big new pot.
