I am from South Africa. So now it is winter. It was rather warm this whole time but now it's like it has only started...

Will be taking some in depth photos of the girls at lights on tonight. Still 4 hours to go. For now I'm stuck doing reports on a Sunday...

So I went to the local China goods shops and managed to get an air pump with a dual outlet, tubing and an air stone for R120 which is roughly $9 so I think that was cheap. So I'm waiting for my clay pellets and net pots but I'm not that much in a hurry.

I will also be taking a closer look at the damage of the botanium tonight. So join me later buddy I'll be posting

Lol I say cold from where your from, because the cold where I’m from can get up to anywhere from -30 to -45

Was that Fahrenheit or Celsius??? So where are you from? Cause with Temps like that I don't think I'd be visiting soon haha . And here I am moaning about freezing Temps mxm... You have just inspired me to push harder cause if you can so can I!

I’m in Canada Alberta. We’re Celsius here. Yeah I’ve never witnessed a winter that brutal in my life before. We’ve got it easy compared to people in Alaska!

OH my goodness that 20 degrees short from Antarctica. What the f*s& hahaha... Holy crap man... I can say it is a dream to either end up in Europe where my family originates from in Amsterdam or Canada. Tell me is it as beautiful as the pictures and the people are all kind?

I think compared to where I am I'd take that cold any day... But I digress...

OK no seriously she lives again. She had a short circuit and was just bypassing the thing that's stops is which I believe is the timer. So the whole circuit board at the end was actually very wet. So after I cleaned it and stuck it in my air duct it dried up and is back to normal now, so I bought marine silicon cause I figured it won't be so bad cause I've used it for fish tanks and they were OK.


OK so now that it works again the plant will grow further or I hope cause damn she is root bound...

OK well let's go thrugh them 1 by 1..

So the first 4 photos are the botanium and the heads it is forming....

I have noticed more pistils on her... Which I presume is good? Please forgive me I have never been here before haha..

OK so to #2 problem child...

That new growth is looking pretty yellow. Let’s see what everyone else thinks before we start panicking.

Tell me is it as beautiful as the pictures and the people are all kind?

It’s just as beautiful as the picture if not better in person. You need to find the right areas though. British Columbia is beautiful everywhere you go. Alberta has it’s beautiful mountain areas but mainly you need to find the inner beauty of the prairies. I love the look of seeing that beautiful canola yellow for beyond the eye can see. It has its beautiful lakes, you just need to know where they are, they also have beautiful rivers (great fishing) all through Alberta coming off the mountains. Saskatchewan is flat, and I’ve never been any farther then just passed the border when I was on Cold lake, and boated across the lake. I also don’t know anything about the east coast of Canada as I’ve never been there, but I hear it’s beautiful. The Far East almost has a Scotland feel to it (so I hear) beautiful rocky cliffs on hills. On my to go list, eventually.

OK so now going to have the last bong rip of the night I'm pretty grilled as we speak hehe.. So the botanium will have to sleep on a catch tray for the night. She was fed one last time before closing..

As for that yellowing. I mixed the nutes 10g per 1.5 litre...

When the top leaves like that start turning yellow, it may mean it’s having a bit of a zinc deficiency.

I thought you were going to bed? Haha we finally have a beautiful day, we’ve been getting nothing but thunder storms for the last week. I’m out back on my patio enjoying some sun while my daughter runs around in the back yard and using chalk on the cement patio. It’s 2:23 pm here in Alberta and I’m thinking it’s beer o clock. So I'm building the DWC system right. I never realized how easy it was... So now to get the ph tester cause I swear that thing is the same price as all my lights together...

Anyways. Looking forward to that fem seed I'm getting tommorow but I'm not in a hurry to grow it just yet. This time I want to be 100% ready and controlling the environment perfectly or at least my best I can...

They are from royal qeeum seeds and seem reealy good.

Alien OG as I followed a YouTube channel about it and quick one is an auto which is 8 weeks from seed to harvest according to its bio

Tommorow it is off to the China goods again for the other stone and then I want to further look into building a bigger box as clealy the 45 litre container is way to big for what I have now haha...
