Sweet deal Davey, also when using bigger pots be sure to add perlite to lighten it up or it is VERY likely you will get root rot. i use like 40-50% perlite depending on the plant when i am in really big pots

1) What size pots do you usually flower in, and how long do you veg up until then?

2) Do you mix your own soil, ammending with organic matter and just water, or do you use pre-mix soil and fertigate with organic nutrients?

3) How do you position your lights (height and spacing/horizontal or vertical), and what bulbs do you use?

4) What kind of microbial/fungi products do you use in your soil, or do you?

Hey friends, thanks for swinging by and thank you for the kind words

1. i use a 7 gallon pot normally but i have up to 20 gallons lol <-- which i love

2. i use Fox farm ocean forest and i add in a few things, If it is for a veg plant i add a small amount of High N bat guano, Green sand, kelp meal, granular anzomite, and ground oyster shells. with that being said i am going to switch to Sunshine 4 i believe because, i have been getting A LOT of crap FFOF and have been getting problems because of it.

3. I use 2 1000 watt HPS in my flower room it is 10' L x 6' W x 7' H and i try to keep like 2 and a half feet of space from the actual bulb for the most part and during the last 2 weeks i try to add a little more distance for increased flavor and smell. and i use just the cheap o metal wing reflectors, i have air cooled ones for if heat gets out of hand.

4. Great white and down to earth granular beneficial bacteria/fungi, granular first then great white later for re innoculations

Thanks much for the quick and thorough response. I should be starting a journal soon. Have a bunch of plants outside. I have to go spend some money and get some more gear.

Looking to put 3 600w in my 4.5'x8.5'x7.5' tent. I think I'm going to hang bulbs vertical without reflectors, and probably do a stadium style grow. But that would require a bunch of small plants, and I've really been interested in growing some bigger plants. I have a bunch of #7 nursery pots that are calling my name, as well as 2 bales of sunshine #4. Need to get my hands on good genetics though. Everyone I know has problems with cleanliness and mites and such, so I don't want to bring any problems in.

seeds my brother, seeds. no possible way of bringing anything hidden in. and dont expect to get something amazing out of every seed, often times with popping many seeds only a select few are worth cloning.

take clones of everything, flower out each plant and see which is the best, throw out the rest of the clones and keep your best for a mother

man that looks awesome, I personally think you should always have your fan hanging that way it wont get in the way of your plants, you want to have it inside the room blowing out, a picture of the room could help me tell you more so of exactly a place to put it

How are you using the GW bru, a soil drench or are you spraying it on... I use GW also (outdoors)... spendy but the piece of mind in a great product is worth the price!

I bought a 32oz jar and I think I have two apps left (shit don't last long around here), should be plenty to finish the season with... have you ever thought about or tried using humic or fulvic acid in combo w/the fungi?
I have been using Age Old Humic 12... it's like sending them to work w/a fatty lunch box!
