04/20 @ 0424 The 2 plants are still looking good. I am starting a 2nd extra week of mid bloom flower.
About day 81 from real first leaf set, went 12/12 about 34 days ago .

I am going to extend the mid flower another week. I think the plants will tell me (pistils turning brown over a few days) that they are going in to late flower. But time will tell

Not much experience with blueberry but these look to be early-midflower tops (week 6 or 7 on gh’s 12 week charts)

Thxs, I was thinking they were more in week 8 and I was just going to keep repeating week 8 until I see a real change marking late bloom. Not sure what I am waiting for, many pistils turning brown maybe?

But hey early mid bloom week 6-7 that is OK it works since just repeating week 8 seems right either way

04/24 @ 2339 OK this weekend will be the end of my second repeat of week 8. General Hydro Nute Trio. Have been waiting for a sign to tell me when my 2 plants are entering Late Bloom.
And I have it

I am starting to see browning of the pistils So I am going to switch to Week 9 late bloom nutes when I do the weekend rez change, that will give me 3 more days in this 2nd week 8 repeat which seems right to me.

Time to start really thinking about what to germinate next

04/27 @ 0500 My 2 plants had some rez issues over the last few days. So I did a complete rez change.
About day 88 from real first leaf set, went 12/12 about 41 days ago.
Week 9 General Hydro Trio nutes, start of first week of Late Bloom. So the end is starting
So the 2 plants are stressed ATM

I was looking at the images and then I saw that the 2 plants were acting a bit different. The plant on the left is not very happy. The plant on the right is not as affected.
Just shows that different plants can react differently with the same nutes. These 2 plants are in the same rez.

05/01 @ 0604 I am definitely having some plant issues so changed the rez and I am going to press forward.

The left plant is having some issues, the right plant seems happier. Same rez
About day 92 from real first leaf set, went 12/12 about 45 days ago.
Using the General Hydro Trio, week 9, first late bloom week, day 5
I did an extra veg week(repeat of week 3) and 2 extra flower weeks(repeats of week 8)
I went dark at 6am so I am going to prep a rez change same nutes and I am going to try and ride this plant issue out.
I will do a rez change after 6pm today when the lights come back on.

05/02 @ 2031 One of my 2 plants is sickly, but the other does not seem bad and they are the same strain in the same rez. I have been thinking about just doing an early harvest on the sickly plant. But then I think of the late flower bulking up and think maybe I should give this plant more flower time and see how things go after another rez change..

The left plant is the one with issues the right looks OK. So anyone see issues with keeping the sickly plant around?

05/04 @ 0949 Not much has changed over the last few days. One plant sickly one doing OK, same strain(cks blueberry regular), same rez.
The lights on is in 8 hours. At that time I am going to trim every leaf on the left plant that is looking sickly.

Thats weird the way one is acting up. Could just be a weak plant. I do the same thing though, if mine ever look a little rough I get rid of the sick leaves. I dont like seeing them lol. The other plant looks fantastic! Good job!

05/08 @ 1846 My grow is a tale of 2 plants. One sickly, one doing OK, same strain, same rez

I am at the middle of Week 10 second week of late bloom, General Hydro Trio nutes
About day 99 from real first leaf set, went 12/12 about 52 days ago.

Going forward I am going to harvest any bud in danger on the left plant. But ride the end of flower out with both plants as much as I can. Some Bud images left to right across the 2 plants

05/14 @ 1746 The 2 plants are both continuing to develop. My sick plant is barely growing, my healthy plant is doing well.

I am going to proceed with my plan of continuing flower. Keeping an eye on the sick plant and trim any buds in danger. I have already taken several small auxiliary stems/buds off the left plant that were looking to be in danger.
I am curious just to see how this sick plant proceeds So I will let it go as long as I can.
My healthy plant just keeps getting better looking Odd same strain, same rez and 2 different plant outcomes.

About day 105 from real first leaf set, went 12/12 about 58 days ago.

05/21 @ 2133 Both plants are still going. The sick one on the left has bulked up a tiny bit. The healthy one on the right just keeps bulking up nicely. I did take more stems/buds off the sickly plant.

I didn't mean to but I repeated week 11 so I am still in the middle of week 11
Just letting this flower cycle play out. General Hydro Trio nutes
About day 112 from real first leaf set, went 12/12 about 65 days ago.

But the end is in sight so this weekend I will start a flush.

05/27 @ 2244 Well I cut blue b2, my sickly plant that was on the left. I went a few days longer than I should have, got busy with work. But I learned a lot watching it. Being sickly it did not bulk up very much at all.
I was focused on the harvest and forgot a before picture

Blue B3 my remaining plant looks good and is bulking up. Since I am after energetic not couchlock I will only let it go a week or 2 more. Have about 2 gallons of week 11 nutes mixed will use that over the next few days. Then it is PHd water and Hydroguard and no Calmag.

06/03 @ 2134 My Sickly Blue B2 yielded 5 32 oz jars of rough cut bud(wet 3-4 days drying just jarred yesterday). I figure it barely bulked up. When I say I harvested it several days /week late. What I am saying is I lost most all the sugar leaves. If I had taken it a week earlier I would have made out better there. But it was a great learning experience watching the sickly plant grow out to harvest. I am not going to bother with wet dry weights. I will see how much I have after drying and curing.

Well Blue B3 is bulking up nicely.

Since I am looking for energetic vs couch lock it has a few days til harvest. But there is one thing that will speed that up

Notice the yellow leaf in the center of the image. the base of a left back corner secondary stem under/at the scrognet seems to be starting what Blue B2 got. So I maybe harvesting Blue B3 in the next day or 2-3.
The buds all seem 50-70% browning.

And a teaser if I do a Plugger's Hydro #02 grow journal, these 2 popped on 05/27 from the rapid rooters, cks Dwarf Low Flyer Autos. Want to do autos next and these are the only ones I have.

Doing this with no Top Feed/pump since my current grow had rapid rooter saturation issues related to the top feed. We will see how it works out.

06/03 @ 2224 OK just checked the tent and I am going to harvest Blue B3 my last plant in this grow. The yellowing is moving (not that much, but I am not waiting) and now is the time to cut

That colour is awesome dude! good job. I bet you learned a lot and enjoyed the process. You should definitely do a journal #2. Ill be around for the show. Ive been away from the site for a week or so with life being so busy but Im back! Looking forward to final numbers and how they smoke. Happy growing!
