Welcome Pross! hahaha it stinks up my whole house!! as of right now i am not using anything to vent its a completly sealed room. i just have a couple fans and the ac unit.. no air from outside being brought into the room.

Hey Problemchild, looking good my man! Just thought I would let you know that after reading about your BHO I went on an information binge trying to learn all about it. I have heard of honey/hash oil before, but had no idea how the extraction was done. I will definitely be making some of this after I harvest!!

Ahhhh yes my brothern BHO butane hash oil.. somethings you sould consider before doing this #1 THIS IS EXTREMLY DRANGEROUS AND DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO DO IT IF YOU DO IT ITS AT YOUR OWN RISK! please do it out side and make sure you have the right materials, stainless steal and everything no pvc or copper.pyrex glass dish only. you can actually order the extractors directly from O'kief pollen tumblers, Bubble bags, Honey oil tubes they are the best! but yes please be careful and make sure you read about people that have blown up there house making it inside.. as long as your safe BHO can be very enjoyable to make and to medicate with.. some BHO is in the 90 percents of THC.. Thanks for the love smokey let me know how your BHO goes!!! new pix will be up in a couple dayz!! the girls stink so good! everything is popcorning out and this stuff is just covered in trichs! keep yall updated stay safe

Thanks buddy! Yea, those warnings are on just about every page that I have read. But, I consider myself a pretty smart guy, and I don't think my brain would have let me expel butane gas in a closed environment! And as for the extractors, O'kiefe is in the middle of updating their site, but I will be checking them out when it comes back online wednesday. If I'm not happy with the price, I have read of people using pyrex tubing with a heavy wall thickness and with really good results! They say its better because you can see whats going on in the tube and can get better coverage on the bud, hence a more complete extraction. I will definitely let you know how I make out!

i would love to go with glass but couldnt find anything bigger then a turkey baster everybody ive seen with glass has had its custom blown.. if you find something please let me know i would much rather be doing it in glass but ive also heard storys of the glass actually exploding from the pressure if you pack your bud to tight.. okiefs extractors are small, you can only fit about a quarter of fluffy buds and about 10 grams of dense bud. but they have one two and even three tube extractors and a XL e3xtractor that can do over 150 grams but the its rather exspensive i think i could make the same thing for cheaper.. once again alot of these people make there own stuff or have it custom made okeif is the only people i kno that makes them for butane extraction so that why i recomended it. hope to hear about it soon..

Just google Pyrex glass tube and you will get a list of places to purchase. I believe you can get wall thicknesses of about 1/4". I think you would have to do something extremely stupid to blow up something like that! The only thing that you would need to do is fabricate caps for the ends.

Hey everybody! it surw has been along time since i updated and the girls are have matured very very much and i have to say i am impressed with the results! They just got done with there first week of flush! Trichromes are getting really cloudy cloudy.. should harvest sometime next week. here the last update i will do before the harvest thanks everyone who followed along! Enjoi!

Thanks Hardope! last week i had a branch break due to overweight cause by the nugs getting top heavy! dayum thing snaped right in half! luckly it was a bottem branch.. trimed her up and dryed and cured it came out to 17 grams even at 2.5 weeks early! so i was stoked to have some smoke tho it was not that awesome due to it being filled with nutes still and trichromes still clear but it sure does give you a good buzz still! cant imagine how good its gonna be when its done!

I like to hand water daily and use 4x4 tables and rockwool as the medium the best! It saves a lot of work and nutrients for me than bubble buckets and other systems that use rezervoirs, and i like to know that my plants are getting fresh nutes every time.. I have learned a lot about rockwool and am very pleased with its performance, although salts do build up very quickly in it, also the PH fluctuates a lot.. I flush my rockwool with a plain water at a ph of 5.6 two times a week or until the run off's ph is where i want it.. plants love the plain water a few times a week also especially the sativas!

I have never tried just using the cubes on the table tho.... I let the plant in a 4in cube root then i put them into pots with the cruton sized rockwool this helps the medium retain water so i only have to water once daily..

I was thinkin of trying rockwoll and flood tables soon....

But about the branch breakin, some early bud is always fun to test what its like. Specially when you have like a million of them like your plants.

I usealy take hundreds of pics at one time and then go through them to pick out the ones that came out the best,ya I love photography

Thanks Blacklips! very helpful in that case maybe i will just stick with the flood tables and rockwool. i was thinking of trying soil next.. but now i might be reconsidering... you have any knowledge of what you think about soil? yeah i here what you say about the rockwool its very nice i got mine on a drip system only water them twice a day and that might even be too much. but i did have problems with bugs during the veg they seemed to love to rockwool when it was warm outside.. i have my 4x4 cube sitting on top of a 6x6 cube sitting on top of a 8 inch rockwool slab that sits in the flood table and besides the bug episode i loved the rockwool only complaint is i couldnt turn my plants even if i wanted to. so maybe i might go with your way that sounds real nice! and yeah you sure are right about the ph i have battled that since veg lol but its not that bad just like you said gotta flush em every couple weeks.. thanks alot for the input brother! much appreciated
