I've also seen them close down a big industrial site . Yellow crested newts was found in the middle of a huge site and the national trust closed the site for 2and a bit years until they had been rehomed . Did you here the story the other day about chow the national trust had spent 2hundred and fifty grand protecting and rehomeing a family of water voles before they dredged the river they than replaced the voles back on the river bank only for them to move and find there own place to live

Some of those newts magically appeared on a piece of land that was bought by a travelling family in my town.

How about this I've just received a letter from the TAX man telling they owe me money as I've over paid tax for three years and have asked me if I want a lump sum or would I like a really good tax code lump sum please Mr tax man I've had a tax code of 744L and it should have been 1024L . So for three years I've been paying tax on three grand I shouldn't have been paying . It works out to 600 year 1800ish in total pay up Mr tax man
