How does not drinking water not flush your body from THC?

If you are urinating more wouldn't this mean your removing more THC every time you piss?

Can someone please elaborate because all I'm seeing on Google that it does not help.

The thc resides in your fat cells, so it doesn't wash out with water- it has to biodegrade, and that generally takes about 3 weeks.

What drinking water does is dilute your urine, so there's less THC metabolites per ml in the urine. As was said THC is not water soluble, but the metabolites, which is what they test for, are water soluble.

I smoked every day a few times at the least .

I quit for a month as I needed to pass a urine test.

Still after 30 days I could not , so while working nights I consumed many bottles of water .

To a point were urine changes colour and has none.

At that point in time I could pass a test so I consuming vitamin b tablet and I’m more golden than ever.

Mission accomplished.

So, if you knew you were having a drug test in a month, you should go on the keto diet, or the atkins diet (any diet, really) to lessen the amount of fat (and thc) from your body.

Does this make sense?
