Yay For Flowers haha oh and jason thanks for the compliment this old medicine man i know sent it my way and i still haven't got it workin just cuz i'm to lazy to tinker with it probly get around to it this weekend but it with be used in my mama/veg chamber cuz i already have two 125 watt cfls workin with my hps so the veg chamba will be that light and another 125 watt cfl:grinjoint:hope you guys like the pics stay high:roorrip:

looking good. Thats the Sour Flow right? Nice structure she's got and sativa dominant! Woohoo! she should fill out nicely! Flo is one of my favorite strains, but I've never tried Sour Flo.

Actually that one is Green Mountain sativa as i dubbed her i bought a mother plant from this due i know and he gave me the low down it's basicly a landrace sativa from tenessee/arkansas that has been in his family for a couple generations no strain name when he gave it to me he was just callin it scorpion;) the big ones in the closet are sour flo and i have the mother of that cabinet plant flowering now I'm gonna shelf the strain after she flowers just takes way to long and isn't very resilient to anything it'd be a great out door strain I bet

and by the way i've never tried or seen sour flo anywhere i love flo to and sour diesel is also a fav so i'm interested to see how it is i've got one first gen clone i'm gonna mother out if the strain proves itself worthy and i bet she will

scorpion/green mountain sativa huh? landrace strains can be wicked. Have you tried any? It'll be interesting for sure. I'd bet that sour flow will stretch but fill out very nicely. Depends on the phenotype you ended up with, but probably wicked.

exactly whats goin on with the sour flo man good call they have strecthed bout 3in since i put em in flower and def filled out;) and idk that i have tried any landrace strains man i was very intrigued when he told me the story i guess his great grand dad found some ditch weed growing that looked way better in flower than the other hempy ditch weed and decided to grow it and they've had a patch out back at the family home in arkansas since, he said it sometimes goes hermie but that would be ok with me as long as it's not a bad outbreak that just means i can save it for when i have time and room and from what i understand the best land race sativas have that tendency sorry to ramble i just really like the idea of having a strain so family oriented it sucks i'm gonna have to shelf her i really hope i pull a couple nice seeds

yep, i've heard that too about landrace strains. Tenancies to naturally herm out a little. Man would I love to get my hands on a decent american landrace. I'd breed and breed...oh the cannaporn I could witness. I't try to keep that around if I were you, those landraces are somewhat of a dying breed. You should check out Greenhouse seeds 'Strainhunters' if you havent already. very cool and interesting shows they are!!

word dude maybe i should take a cutting off the flowering mama? it's only two weeks in do you think i could i'd like to keep her around just don't know what to do with another clone or this strain it's out of my range of expertise as i don't have a decent set-up to try breeding and it would put me over hmm what to do

Hi COmmj!! I'm no expert at cloning a blooming plant. sorry. I do know that it can be done. I think you take about a 3 or 4" branch or so, and just clone like you normally would. I'd maybe use a little extra clone gel on the base of the stem, and throw it into 24hrs flourescent in a dome like normal (or clone machine if thats your thing.). They take a while to root, and I dont know any special tricks to help, but I bet you could ask around here. Good luck if thats what you decide to do.

Peace!

cool man i think i've decided on the reveg technique for the cabinet plant cuz it has this weird node that recovered and flowered after i skinny stemed the bottom and i think if i just harvested above that node and reveged she would probly grow back out new pics soon

Just a suggestion CO, and I'm not sure I'm on the same page as you, so forgive me if we're not talking the same stuff. I found that if you regenerate (and that's were I may have you wrong) best to use only the absolute minimum of grow sites (bud sites) and preferably as low on the plant as you can. I've seen folks on the internet trying to regenerate a plant by leaving like ten to twenty grow sites. It just takes too long and I've seen them even give up. Just one two sites and close to the bottom. Haha, now tell me that I'm misunderstanding what you were going to do! I'm dazed and confused (not from smoke but from tmy darn cold).
