Random Bag Seed Adventure

Greetings all! I've decided to start a journal, to track the progress of my little ones.. I don't have much experience as this is my second grow, but I am willing to listen and learn from the experts. I planted 2 seeds a few weeks ago, both I had gathered from recent bags but I can't remember the strains for the life of me. I may pop another bean in the dirt just in case I have a male or 2.. I would like to experiment with some LST so I planted them offset in their pots.


Strain: Unknown

Veg or Flower: 2 weeks into veg

Indoor or outdoor: indoor 24x24x48 grow tent

Soil or Hydro: Soil mix from local nursery

Size pots: 1.75 gallon plastic with drain holes

Lighting: Screw in type LED bulbs for Veg, and 2x Mars 300 for Flower

Nutrients: None yet and I am open to suggestions as I don't have a clue




Here they are 1 week ago, under a small fluorescent fixture that I used to get them started..

They actually work very well for what they are. I have 2 other plants in flower that were under those until yesterday. Here is what the buddage looks like as of yesterday. They are on their 4th week of flower and the biggest buds are about the size of a quarter..

GazeLED is the manufacturer of these in particular. Found them on Amazon they are only 24 watts for 20 bucks. I was pleasantly surprised as well with how well they worked!I really didn't have high expectations considering the low wattage, but they seem to do the job!

I decided to go ahead and squeeze 2 more lights into the setup. Same type of light bulb but slightly different color configuration.

The girls (hopefully) are doing real nice this morning! No idea what the discolored leaves are from.. I moved up the second lights a bit just in case they were causing the issue by being too close.

Got my new Mars Hydro 300 fixtures in!! They went straight to the Gorilla Glue plants that have about a month of flower left.. I will be keeping a constant rotation of plants going from the small LEDs to these for flowering..

All seems to be well except for a bit of leaf curling with one. Any Ideas on what it might be from?

Started some very light LST today!

Got some more tied down today, on both plants. Undersides are starting to shape up nicely! These little lights really do some work in my opinion..

Adjusted the ties on both plants and gave the undersides a bit of a trim. I'm very new to low stress training, but I think I am doing ok so far.. any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated at this point!
