The seeds are here already and I'm itching to get started... there's only one problem, my tent will be in use for the next week or two. Damn. Sorry guys, I was hoping to start sooner, but I'll get there a little later now.

I'm back in the house...

First I'll give you a rundown of the setup.
I've got a 1×1×2 metre tent (3×3×6')
I have a 30 gallon (100ltrs) fabric pot with organic soil.
I use dry amendments and organic liquid fertilizer when required.
My lights are the Viparspectra XS 1500 Pro (150w), and 2 × Lucius Bar R lights (145w) for a total of 420w(ish)
I've got a primaklima extractor fan and a mountain air charcoal filter.
I've got a humidifier, a dehumidifier, a heat mat, and a heap of other gadgets and goodies for growing etc, pH meter, light meter, blah blah blah... you get the idea.
Anyway that's the basic stuff ... now let's get to the fun stuff!

I dropped one of the Purple Ghost Candy seeds into a plastic lid that was close at hand, with some water and some hydrogen peroxide. It helps sterilize the seed as well as providing extra oxygen. You can see the bubbles from the h2o2. I left it for about 18? hours.
Next I dropped the seed into the soil and covered it with about 1/4" of soil.
Then I switched on the XS 1500 to 25%, approx 30 cm from the surface.

Hopefully we'll see life soon...

Yes, I plan to grow just one plant at a time.

We've got some action going on, just going in the wrong direction at the moment... she came out tail first.
I've rectified the situation and we're back in the race.

I'm using the easyasorganics soil as well. It's good stuff.

That'll interesting watch, I am sure it's a good mix. The Herbi's product that I am using for the first time seems good.
