For germination.
I let the seeds soak in water for no longer then 12 hrs. This is also recommended on seedsman website.

After the 12 hr soak the Seeds were folded into a damp (not wet) paper towel and placed somewhere warm. Around 75°.

Less then 24 hrs into the germination process. 4 seeds have cracked, 3 of those have a 1/8" taproot emerging. Still waiting on one.
hopefully they will all be open tonight for 100% germination. Once they all have 1/4" taproots they will be ready to put into soil about 1/8" deep with the taproot facing down. That will most likely be in the next 24hrs.

YEY! Seems we were both waiting on one little lag behind. LOL I just looked at mine and it has a little tap visible, so it's a good one. :)

24 hrs into the germination process
4 of 5 have cracked (so far)
3 of those have taproots reaching 1/4" in length and have been placed into a damp medium (not wet) About 1/8" deep with a few drops of water over the seed

I'll be starting them off in a 2x4 veg tent under a philzon ph-d6 that doubles as a heat mat. (I germinate seeds up there!)
without any exterior ventilation I'm able to keep the temps around 75°F and the humidity at 80%

After only a few drops the soil needs to dry out so I'm going to let everything sit for another 48hrs, by then our seedlings should have sprouted.

3 days into germination
Room temp 75°F
Humidity 80%

After noticing the soil was still wet in the 5th cup I dug down a little to expose the seed and hopefully keep her from drowning.
Having too much moisture can also cause bacteria or rot to set in so I wont water them again until each cup starts to dry.
