A Stoorish Hobbit & His Lair

Afternoon mr.Lewdy I believe you are quite right bout the weather today, my brother and his family live in Ely.... he and the family moved back 7 months ago....haha, I used to live in Cambridgeup until 6 years ago....

Not a prob I'll ask the lads and see what info I can get for you, never made bubble hash before either been looking at a set of 6 bags that one of the guys on my group make locally... fullmeltfiltration.co.za if ya nosy...haha they've been turning out some really crazy looking stuff..
Thanks mate. I’m intrigued to try this as I’m sure you know bad back isn’t any fun at all. I’m sort of in the same boat as you regarding having a back operation. Doctor said if I can deal with the pain I’m best putting it off as there are no guarantees I could work for a long time after if at all. Don’t want to take opiates unless it’s unbearable so really hoping this could help.

With the amount of trim you must acquire you’ll need some industrial size bubble bags! Lol. Well worth grabbing some. I did a bubble run myself last night and got some really nice full melt.

I was on oxy and others for the back pain and totally agree if you can withstand the pain and skip an operation it's the better option, on the bright side after the 3rd op I figured I'd never have to worry about doing some fad diet the weight just melts away after an operation..haha

My bollocks are already clenching in nightmarish pain from the impending trimming that's coming up, I put the word out just waiting on a reply back from the group mr.Lewdy.....

Evening smeegs, hope your weekend was good. So shit to hear about your situation with that male being around man.

Your plants are looking so lekker though, I could spend hours in that tunnel of yours. It looks absolutely amazing.

Hopefully your Sunday evening is good and your week ahead is good!

I haven't misplaced them or killed them...... :cheer:

Both have been fed 1ml/5lt of veg1 and I added 5ml of potassium/ silicate to the feed both recieved 500ml.

Look whose growing......haha

Accidentally snapped a branch off of my c99blueberry reveg 3 weeks back I believe, she threw out a spaghetti junction of roots so Monday/Tuesday past I potted her up but found her all blushing and freckle faced simpering away at my delicate handling of her... I could've swung her by her newly trimmed minge as those freckles are tell tale signs I had spider mites under those tender leaves.
So sprayed her with a garlic based spray Margret Roberts and it's been a week and no sign of mites but I'm going to hit her with some tobacco, dishsoap and cooking oil mix and suffocate the wee buggers.

Still clear so fingers crossed.

image.jpeg

She's in a 1.5lt pot and going to keep her around as a wannabe mom for now..

C99xBlueberry reveg...

She's just been chugging away quiet happily I haven't really had a clear end goal with her in mind yet although she's been trained out for a Scrog which I'm rather jolly about been tweaking those main arms out ever so slowly also been tough on defol cause of these spider mites I had but she's also in the clear for now..

It's nice and cool out today, had some awsome rain last night and the garden is muddy so staying away from there today. I was having a good walk around in there yesterday and took my trusted branch removal device and did some trimming on that tall girl I bent over and removed all the under facing branches which I should of done weeks ago so she's all geared to making some true flower potential now.

A real problem I do have is my OGK who revegged as her branch network puts Birmingham Uk spaghetti junction roadway to shame..... She looks more like an octopus with long hairy legs and thatis after the major trimming I gave her 3 weeks back ( must remember before/after pics when I do this....)

And when you think of an octopus I'd like you think of an octopus short on his viagra medication as everything is just lying willy nilly everywhere....:rofl:

As I leave you with that thought in mind I do believe I might have a male imposing upon himself in the ladies harem so need to remove him if it is a he and I need to attend 3 beheadings a little later on as those are lively looking heads I want to keep, and then from sadness ( whichever way you look at it ) springs life as I'm attending a baptism this morning ( first some flowers to soothe the soul :passitleft:) then in my role as pastor I'm dropping those little shits into water....

How’s your day going, Smeegs?

Whose the cute fella hiding amongst the sexy ladies.

Morning mr.DoubleD well I didn't accomplish what I wanted yesterday sadly, my back was being a little bitch and I spent more of the day horizontal than vertical. Took a walk into the garden early evening last night just to say good night to the ladies as it rained the night before like buckets and spades I tell you, looked like a bomb site sadly torn limbs and bits lying all over the place.

Didn't have anything to prop up anything as it was too late to go hunting for bamboo ( you'd think living in Africa, I'd have bamboo coming out my arse but that ain't the case neither do lions walk around freely as my British cousin enquired not so long ago when they were here for a visit ( where's the big kitty ) when my cats didn't do the trick....haha

And it's been raining all night as I woke to the glorious sound of rain collecting outside my bedroom window so can only assume a very waterlogged unhappier looking garden this morning.

On the bright side I'm so glad I have plants going indoor so that's my saving grace and makes it a brighter day.....

Have a blessed one brother and an awsome evening...

I finally attended those beheadings today...... :lot-o-toke:

They were standing majestically tall and proud during their last moments #inzane1 even had a knight dressed in black glimmering armor come to her rescue but alas even he could not spare her from such a cruel fate........:nervous-guy::nervous-guy::nervous-guy:

but fooking smeegs can.......:rofl::headbanger:

So I'm rather chuffed with myself this evening as my makeshift studio on the kitchen counter actually worked, couple tweaks on the next photo shoot and I think ill be golden....

So for the demo I used I used a clone of #inzane1 ( have 2 phenos ) as I want to do some lst on both plants then put them out to flower in a cpl weeks so I can watch and take notes on what differences there are between the two of them, so far the only difference is the one has slightly more of sativa dominant in leaf so far....

Also I took nice heathy chunky cuts off the tops of all three plants to start off their new lives as mini Xmas trees already with the plan going forward to keep forming nodes close so if I decide to train them ( most likely. ) I can keep the main trunk nice and squat hopefully....

Strains...

#c99xBlueberry X LuckyStar

I used a rooting hormone powder local to South Africa, a cut of fresh aloe, a wooden skewer, jiffy plug, tub of water to scrape the fibrous outer skin to make a little petticoat around the stem above your angled cut and cut stem at 45' angle ( been doing it under water in the tub )....

Hope the pics will give you the gist of what I garbled up above....hahaha

I accidentally split the one plug but a cable tie quickly sorted that problem out luckily, I didn't bother taking off that side branching on the lowest part of the cut as will grow a new clone off that after a couple of weeks......

And finally a baptism that has taken nearly a year to happen this coming April....:cheer::nervous-guy::headbanger:

I have to say a massive massive thankyou to @dynamo1 :green_heart::green_heart::green_heart:who sent me these last year in April, sadly I don't think he ever received mine hopefully I'll be able to do right this year and get a prezzie through to you brother, I know @Lerugged has sent some over to a few folk but don't whether they have started arriving yet, I'll find out who he used to send them......

So the water gets bleached by our lovely African sun and I dropped the DDas into water bout midday yesterday, this morning I gave them a tap and they all sunk as they gasped their last breaths.
Couldn't fooking believe it when I checked on them late this afternoon and saw such a wide crack on the one DDa so mr.Dynamo I'm very impressed with the virility of your seeds thank you once again....
Fingers crossed all three will be showing taproots tomorrow morning and I'll transfer them into some jiffy plugs and put them in with the clones for a cpl days then I'll be popping them straight into 20lt fabric pots with coco and I'll be feeding them #swampjuice nutrients....

Forgot about the knight in shining armor...

My new best friend.....
Definitely POTM quality for sure!!!!

I dropped the DDas into water bout midday yesterday
Is that what I think it is...?

Excellent pictured step by step brother! Very nice to see it all happen!!!

I hope the beheading went entertaining as it sounds haha. I hope all the clones do take.. I need to try it aswell with the critical...

Fantastic update. How are those babies now since that pollenation happened.?

You leave the seeds in the glass until tap roots show? I’ve been wondering about the paper towels we have and whether they are made with bleach or something coz I’ve been having no luck. I was going to transfer some from their glasses to cotton wool today while I wait for taps. You just leave in the glass?

Don't use who I used . They all got snatched. Bleak. Not sure what's happening with monitoring the mail with this virus I'm sure everything is checked at the moment.

Hey @Smeegol ,

I poked around your grow and was liking the C99xBlueberry.

We just had a 'Dutch Passion C99xJackHerer Auto' pop up today - and Seedsman was talking about using Blueberry in their next comparative grow.

We're actually gonna stick the Auto in the corner and run it full under 12-12 lighting to see what happens :)

Awesome photo!!! - That's a praying mantis isn't it?

Morning boetie I do believe that what you see is correct......dark devil autos baby....hahaha
I'm so freaking excited for these dark Devils my pollinated girls can go voetsak....
I'm going to make a load of oil and bubble hash with the pollinated girls....

Ya I normally leave them a full 48hrs mr.Dbl-D as I like all the shells to crack and taproot to show before I paper towel them, I'll snap a pic of them after I've had some coffee and the morning bake....

That really sucks as also heard from others bout parcels not making it through, wouldn't be surprised if our mail isn't even leaving our shores....

It's a praying mantis indeed dr.Canna he's made my tent his new home been in there all week even when I tried to rehome him he kept going from plant to plant like his was doing this freestyle running and jumping, hopping and skipping so I reckon if he eats the bugs he's more than welcome to stay.....

I don't know if @SeedsMan will let me join in any more comparison grows as things seem to go tits up due to seeds arriving once most folk have started the next comparison already or as of now I'm still waiting still waiting on seeds to arrive.....

So peeked at the seeds while I was rolling some flower now now and a second young one has cracked it's shell also a rather wide crack such as its sibling, I'm going to pop them into paper towel and leave the 3rd to drown some more....:headbanger:

a stoned smeegol.......

What a beauty of a morning and it's only just started....:green_heart:

@SeedsMan I know how you have all these state secrets when it comes to the announcements of the comparison grows do you by chance know how quoetly send me a hint of what's next please so I can find out whose got it locally here in South Africa as even moist Von Lipwig would get me my parcel sooner and then I can join in on time...
