BB's Crosspond Growing Pains - The Recovery

:passitleft: High Brassic.... I think you got hold of some iffy genetics.... My very first med grow was Northern lights x Big Bud and maybe it was the Big Bud part of her but she was an ox..... I'm sure the heat has to be a factor too but IMO it still looks to be some mighty dank herb and 2 zips is not so bad... I know I have certainly done much worse..... Congrats on your harvest.....:circle-of-love:

Hi Dennise

One of my poorer performers this year for sure.

Another problem is a lack of aroma, as it drys, just smells like hay. I'll be getting a smoke report up soon.

Thanks for stopping by.

Update

My last entry of the summer season.

Here my surviving Northern Lights just prior to the chop.

Collapsed and beaten by the heat, however she's got a decent amount of nice aromatic bud on her.

Just for an idea of scale, the wall tiles in the first pic are 6" square.

Harvest pics will be up later today.

Looking good for around 3 oz.

And more surprises from my LA Conf. :smokin:

Hi CC

She's getting the chop this morning.

On your Blue Cheese question. It's been my fave for some time now.

Done dozens of clones from a plant I sprouted in Feb 2013. There are a few still on the go

flowering right now, then some more in the veg box.

Update

Well I kid you not.

Each of the containers in the pic below contains an once of very sticky bud.

I cannot get my head around this amazing yield.

I hope the reveg is a success, as this is one outstanding harvest :woohoo:

Bring it on. Has a nice aroma too, now its fully dried. I'm gobsmacked.........

With the Northern Lights expected to be at least 3 oz. That's a half pound grow from

2 plants under 250 watts hps.

...a little late to the party...but

:goodjob::high-five::circle-of-love:

I'm glad for you, for all your trouble, that the yield is greater than expected, considering....

It's a just reward, bonus I guess, a partial payback....you know what I mean

Congrats, and welcome back!

Quick Update

Again and ongoing, my new working hours are having a negative effect on keeping you

guys up to speed with lots of pics and news from the BB grow space. I'm only really able

to do something at the weekends. Thanks for your patience, I'll get some much needed

pics up hopefully on Friday. Just for the record the Northern Lights produced about 2½ oz

of rather nice bud. A little over dried, but hey I'm not complaining.

See ya all over the next few days.
