They say.. if it hurts , it’s prob working haha
I have never hung longer than a minute or two ..and usually 2x max after a work out
I find I don’t need it for months on end but when I do, I definitely do .
Also .. for any lurkers .. don’t listen to the commercial ( 10 mins haha) and never go completely vertical.
I positively know for sure that it definitely doesn’t work for everyone .

Good idea. I should’ve thought of that.Have you tried it with a set of wrist wraps? They are great for deadlifts too.

I make Gel Caps too with my Magic Butter Machine but I have been using flower. I bet the caps turn out Great made out of Rosin. I cant wait till I have enough Bud to make Rosin for caps. Those look Yummy and I know they are Strong !These give me the strength of Samson.

Dont blame you for looking at bud porn G.T... it's a fair distraction lmao...
Having so many strains and growths ect is giving me a fondness for the entirety of the plant though not just those pretty colabs we see..
I've got my farm all set up now.. 2x2x2 tent, new 3000w cree led which is a monster with 5x5ft flower coverage..
I say it's not easy setting up these big pissing tents lmao

Grandpa’s Story time:
“Be nice damnit! It doesn’t hurt to be courteous and kind to your fellow man.”
I witnessed how disgusting people can be. Walking downtown, I watched a homeless guy get into an argument with a passerby (a very large, burly, bearded young man). The argument appeared to have started because the passerby refused to donate to the homeless guy’s college fund. Anyway, they were about 10 meters in front of me and the homeless dude was following the big guy, yelling obscenities. Then, the homeless guy throws some sort of liquid on the big guy. In a split second the big guy picked up the homeless guy and power smashed him on the pavement...on his head. I watched the guys neck bend. He was out cold. Then, the big guy just starts pummeling him. I really don’t blame him but, to me, it looked like he was about to kill the homeless dude. So, Grandpa stepped in...doh!
Im lucky this kid didn’t smash me too, but as soon as I said, “Yo brother! He’s done! You keep going and you’re going to kill him!” He stopped beating him, looked up at me, and backed off. Then, he simply walked away. There were about 4 or 5 people checking on the homeless dude, so I walked the other way back to my truck and went home.
I think I might squish something.

I don't know who won that situation ..Homeless peeps have been slashing and hacking peoples faces with machete's when denied frebies here lately so I can offer no positive words ...- edited - THANK GOD YOU INTERVENED!!
