Grandpa Tokin Grows GG4 & ASD In RDWC With Cree LED

Awww man I want her!!! Damn that American border or I'd be down there soon to pick her up with a ready to go bucket of Coco, strap her in the seat like TMD and back to the newty/Swagg show! One can have Xmas dreams.

I wish there was a way. I’d hook everyone up.

The GG has crazy trichome production, glad the Z7 is working for you. Rich Farmer turned us all on to the Z7. .

Thanks again. Rich Farmer is a freaking genius.

Looks good in here as usual, glad that z7 is working for you.
Heck the clone would fit in the cup holder .

Can't believe it's almost harvest time already grandpa! Your ppfd must be right on point for that flower period. . Good stuff!

Good morning friends, today is day 45 from the flip. We are fast approaching a harvest. I don't know what to say, but it has to be these COBs that are making a difference. I normally am taking her down at 56-60 days (from flip) with hps alone. This time it appears we are definitely in that window or maybe even a day or two earlier. Nugs are still small, but she's always been small with lots of power.

I'm totally sold on this Z7 stuff. I can see the difference in just a few days. It's going in all my buckets. Thanks Pennywise and Scrogdawg for your valuable help. I sincerely appreciate that.

Picture time!

If anyone is interested, this is some of what I do in my spare time. I didn’t make the Damascus steel nor did I grind the bevel. All I did was sharpen the blade, do the spine file work, add the brass guard, and make the handle out of an antler shed.

My son in law found the shed (on my property) and gave it to me. I decided to make the knife handle out of the antler and then use the remainder of it as a stand for the blade.

What I did tonight was flock the shed in the areas where the knife will rest when it’s sitting on the antler. Anyway, the green stuff is the flock. After it cures, then the knife can rest on the antler without damage to the blade.

The handle is made of the antler naturally, but also some buffalo horn (the black part), and some micarta pieces to add some color.

That's so awesome. I'm a machinist by trade and always wanted to make one from scratch. A long time ago a company called CVA made black powder rifles/pistols, but they also had a few knife kits. the Skinner, the Bowie, and the Arkansas Toothpick. You can still find them on EBay. I made the Bowie. I was in Junior High... been a while. Yours is badass

I’ve always wanted to forge my own Damascus and some day, in the near future, I’m buying a propane forge so I can play. My Grandpa was a master knife maker back in the day. I have a Damascus knife in which my great-grandfather made the steel, my grandpa forged the knife, and my father made the handle out of buffalo bone and horn. It’s very nice! ...and my most prized possession.
