Mago Farms, nope I ain't shy

Re: Mago Farms, nope I ain't shy :)

Phone may go down today, may be a bit before I get backUp.
So I'll just hang and load the :bong:

:bong:s Away!!!

Fresh dried MBG,
a couple bowls before it goes to glass :)
Recon' I'll shoot for Nov. every other yr for the Rumble.
I mention I had to cutback my production schedule?
Frm weekly to monthly, if ya' know what I mean ;-)

Oh and
MGB is almost odorless "on the stalk" with no loss of potency.
A bit Piney but no weed odor :)
Sweet and fruity in the Jar :)
One of my Breeding Goals,
I got One at least just Not the One I wanted the Most!!!

Ever have one of those days,
that you wake up and
realize how you have failed to meet your goals for a given period???!???

Today(i wrote it yesterday)
is one of them for me.
I got the elec. payed down so I got another month on it.
But the phone is on the way down, anytime between now(saturday mornin') and Monday.

No ride and no money,
I ain't gonna make(didn't even)
the Rumble and I'm *really bummed* about it.
Oh well, always Next Year .... (i hope)
Missed the entry date by ..
well, the last of the SkinnyAss summer crop is bein' bonged and
headed for glass. Maybe half an oz... very sad. :-(

*But*
temps are down and
BW31 is ready to be topped for sexing/clones :)
A Sat/Ind mix Bag Weed, Green Bud
There is a Very Strong Indica phenoType,
very unstable,
that could prove Very interesting :)
BW33 is about ready for some dirt.

"If It don't Kill Ya', You Will Be Stronger, Ya' just can't give up!!!"

Oct24
Phone's down,
I took clones tonight
and can't sleep.
---------
Oct25
No word on the outdoor crop.
It's coming up on 60 dys and my Buba hadn't checked them before the rain.
They did make it past the first 2 weeks of transpalnt and I was Very happy.
Maybe by the time I get this onto the net, they'll be hangin'

BW31 clones/seeds started sept 11
all showing maturity

my predictions
A Female
B Female
C Female
D male

All have the same strong skunk smell. B had it the sharpest.
B and C are Hybrid 50/50 looking
A and D are both High Indica phenos,
very short and fat fingers on the fan leafs.
They are lettered in relation to height
A the shortest and D the tallest

The weather is finally turning to fall.
Temps are down to 60 daytime and 40 at night.
Only bad thing is it's raining, for a week it seems.
This may cause my outdoor MBG to go longer than 60.

Nov13
Phones backup but I got an eviction hearing Thursday.
May have to be on the road in a few days.
Turns out I fractured my foot on the way out to work.
I was layed up 5 days till I could put pressure on it
and 5 more days before I could raise bus fare to the VA.
Doc said I did a great job makin' sure it was set :cheesygrinsmiley:
Got a lawyer workin' lost wages and Pain&Friggin'Sufferin'
But ain't gonna settle Soon enough.

Only the MaybeMale(D) clone and one other is doing good.
I think I hit them with the soap spray and burnt them.

MBG is lookin' the best I seen in 5 months :cheesygrinsmiley:
(and another!) BUT looks like they could go another 2 weeks
and we ain't got time.
Oh well it was a good run.

Re: Mago Farms, nope I ain't shy :)

We lost the fight
and have till Thursday,22Nov. to vacate.

Fractured foot is healin'

Just gonna have a fire sale ,
pack my clothes and hit the road
Unless a SaviorInvestor shows'up.

But I here till at least Wendsday.

Mago's Blue Grass lives on :cheesygrinsmiley:
to Fight another day!!!

Reminds me of the Wildwood Weed song.
I knew it by heart before I started smokin' :cheesygrinsmiley:

"Wildwood Weed"

(As recorded by Jim Stafford)
JIM STAFFORD
DON BOWMAN

Wildwood flower grew wild on the farm
And we never knowed what it was called
Some said it was a flower and some said it was a weed
I didn't give it much thought
One day I was out there talkin' to my brother
And I reached down for a weed to chew on
Things got fuzzy and things got blurry
And then ev'rything was gone
Didn't know what happened but I knew it beat the hell
Out of sniffing burlap

I come to and my brother was there and he said,
"What's wrong with your eyes?"
I said "I don't know, I was chewin' on the weed"
He said, "Let me give it a try"
We spent the rest of that day and most of that night tryin'
To find my brother Bill
Caught up with him about six o'clock the next mornin'
Naked, singing on the windmill
He said he flew up there
I had to fly up and get him down
He was about half crazy

The very next day we picked a bunch of them weeds
And put 'em in the sun to dry
Then we mashed 'em up and we cleaned 'em off
Put 'em in the corn cob pot
Smokin' them wildwood flowers got to be a habit
We never seen no harm
We thought it was kind-a handy
Take a trip and never leave the farm
Big 'ole puff of that wildwood weed next thing you know
You're just wand'ring 'round behind the little animals

All good things got to come to an end
It's the same with the wildwood weeds
One day this feller from Washington come by
And spied one and turned white as a sheet
And they dug and they burned
And they burned and they dug and they killed
All our cute little weeds and then they drove away
We just smiled and waved sittin' ther on that sack o' seeds

"Y'all come back now, y'hear!"

Re: Mago Farms, nope I ain't shy :)

Anybody ever try clonin' tomatoes or peppers?

I cloned a tomato plant this summer. I was training an indeterminate to grow up a string, so I was pinching off all the suckers....one got about 2 feet long before I saw it, so I cut it, added some rooting hormone, stuck it in the ground, and covered with a 2 Liter Mt Dew bottle for about a week....

Less than two months later I was harvesting beautiful little cherry tomatoes off of it. I just cut down the plants about 2 weeks ago, and I'm pissed I didn't take another cutting or two and move my plants to inside...I really want to get the veggies rolling 12 months a year. Too bad my plan hatched in retrospect.

Rock on Mago

Re: Mago Farms, nope I ain't shy :)

They weren't Mike's Wild Cherry heirlooms were they??!!??
have to play with that, Thanks :cheesygrinsmiley:

Mine have gone through 3 to 5 freezin' nights and they are still bloomin'.
Habanero peppers never even bloomed, they did come up late, real late.
And the seed was from an 18 month old parent, third harvest seed.

Re: Mago Farms, nope I ain't shy :)

I always liked that song too. "We just smiled and waved sittin' ther on that sack o' seeds". :cheesygrinsmiley:
