Schnookie's First Grow In 30 Years: Mixed Strains, Mixed Schedule, Mixed Nutrients

So I've had a nasty bout if the flu since my last update, and while it's not over yet, I couldn't neglect my duties.

Finished harvesting skunk yesterday in a daze with some decent weights. Total of 54g trimmed.

Final harvest for GSC is starting today too while I can see straight...

And I turned off the Mars light for the last week... it's really not necessary for this amount of remaining buds...

Took down a bunch more GSC and one more white widow cola and will get the rest when some other buds have dried giving me some space to hang. Total trimmed weight of these 4 come to 61g. Tent will be emptied this weekend I hope.

Abs then there was one...ww coming down in next 3 days also.

White Widow has begun the final descent...took off 64g trimmed and there's probably 2x that left still...maybe 1.5x

Last cuts today since I'm tired. Will wrap it all up tomorrow. Got the last big lower section at 38g and some skinnier little things that totaled up to 46g across multiple branches. Thought WW was gonna be the big producer, but it appears even little skunk will probably have more total weight. GSC will definitely be the overall leader in weight I think though.

The end is here! Took down the last ww buds today and put then on the hanger. Total of about 52g all told and I'm getting my other jars ready to put dried bud into. I'll have a done final weight in a week once we're ready for curing everything that's left.

This has been an interesting experience/ experiment. It's also been exhausting since the tent is in my closet and I've had to open the door every morning at or before the light coming on to prevent over heating, deal with the noise of the fans running 24x7, and worrying constantly if the smell had been oozing out of my apartment, fearing there'd be cops waiting for me many times after going out. Truthfully I've been getting sick of the smell too so I'm not sure how long it will be before I start another grow. I certainly won't need more for a long time. I'm not in a legal state so the past few years have had to get bud, cartridges, and edibles by traveling to Vegas, California, and Colorado which had quenched my appetite sufficiently if not expensively. Of course home grown will always be best too.

Just took final weight of skunk actually and I have 64g of dried bud plus about 70g of cob curing so around 134g total in cure. That's a pretty nice haul I think for my troubled mite plant!

I made 4 cobs from each plant and the others turned out much better than skunk (at least the early ones) and have more heft to them so I'm expecting even bigger haul from the other two.

So I Started the new grow a couple days ago of my Golden Tiger. I'm only growing 1 plant this time to keep my sanity.

I'll start another journal for her and be more attentive...

Additionally I weighed out final tally of GSC:
90g of bud in cure:

And 102g of Cobs:

Over 6 3/4 ounces! Not too shabby. WW Weight coming up next.

White widow had less cob weight but more bud weight. Guess my jar packing of buds is
pretty darn equal!

It’s true you can’t be making experimental meds at home if you’re paying commercial prices per ounce (up to $600 where I am). You’ve piqued my interest in cobs and your staggered harvests were cliff hangers.

So I Started the new grow a couple days ago of my Golden Tiger. I'm only growing 1 plant this time to keep my sanity.

Hahaha hah! One plant! Six in the tent right now, 4 different strains... the more the merrier!

And that's with 3 strains already harvested too!
