If you can see the markings, the plant on the right has two red x's, plant on left has a blue circle. These are 18 days old. Where should I top these? I've read up, but not sure if I'm "sure"

Go ahead and lst the larger one let the little one catch up in height a bit. Get them to about the same level.
Honestly as far as autos this is just my 3rd attempt at them . 1st a complete failure. 2nd survived to the end with no training and low light. Didnt branch at all got about 13gr from a skywalker. And about 22g from a cheese. This time I think I will pass that by 4× hopefully. Also had a few runts as well.
