I'll vouch for the Bubbler for sure. Ever since I built this I've had 100% success with cloning. Best $15 - $20 I ever spent.
Those Pucks are called "Clone Collars" & run about 35 - 50 cents each at any hydro store. You can get the Clonex, Air Pump, Hose & Stones there too.
