Did you trim wet?

It was trimmed wet...it dried for almoat 5 days...smoked a sample to see the effect..ita there but cure will help with flavor

Smoke was smooth and ash looked great to me

@IndyRacerNick Thanks for taking the trouble to post this journal. I found it very interesting. Did you ever decide on the reason the King Tut leaves were burning up, but the Cheese did just fine? Considering that both plants grew in the same environment with similar care I have to wonder how much the results we get depend on the role of the dice...
