Ammy has been very hungry. As we all know, not much to do now in these last 4 weeks other than watch her grow these frosty buds!

My girl will be 8 weeks flower on Thursday. She is a magnificent creature. I am going under the assumption that 12 weeks may be enough for her at the rate she is going.

Time will tell and I am not rushing her for 4 top reasons:
1. I love watching her grow
2. I love taking care of her
3. I want to get the very best out of her
4. I don't want this grow to end


Hope you all enjoy the last few weeks with her and then can join in on what will be an incredible harvest, nurturing dry and cure, and finally a rewarding, beautiful smoke.

Someone got a roomie for the daytime hours....figured the two phenos would be served best together and I left my autos by themselves during the day while I work out issues in the veg tent.

Nothing more new about Ammy although she is leaning more and more as her leaves flutter in the wind.

Nothing to note this evening on her so a big and much needed good night from NJ.

In 2 hours Ammy will be asleep. Her roomie was moved back into the veg tent for the night.

Good afternoon all! Beautiful day here in NJ, 70 for the high but down to 48 tonight! Have my thermostat set to 68 in the grow room already in preparation.

Ammy is starting to turn the most beautiful of colors. Her colas are starting to become much more pronounced. Her branches are spreading out and I just wish I had the ornaments somewhere not deep in the caves of my attic because I would love to adorn her with some glass and watch her really sparkle!

Moved her friend, G, in there again when I woke her up. Cleaned out the two tents in the interim. She got a heavy feed today, been blowing through nutes last couple of weeks with her.

8 WEEKS FLOWER TODAY
Ammy girl!!!!

Just another day in paradise. Flipped the sides of the tent for lighting purposes and shifted the lights over a few cm or so to accommodate for her growing branches and newly topped pheno roomie.

I really like that you can see the different stages of bud development on her at the same time. Just shows how many things are affected because of her shape, size of the growing environment, snapping and twisting in veg, and lighting output amongst other factors.

Trichomes

I tried to take pictures that accented her trichomes. A couple pictures I thought were just lovely of her but the rest, were for perspective. Enjoy and have a wonderful grow day/night!

Someone had me worried they thought they saw bananas on one of my buds. I went like a nervous Nancy checking on her this morning but I think it's just part of the bud formation and are swelling calyxes.

I'm not really worried because that pic was taken the day I took hermie from the tent. SHIM had only been on 12/12 for 13 days. There's no way shim formed balls, bananas, pollinated, and Ammy grew seeds in her buds ALL within those 13 days. He didn't even get around to doing his thing yet....

I don't see any spots of concern anywhere else. Took a tweezer to that bud and just pulled off pieces of calyxes. If anyone sees something I don't, please lmk because what do I really know?

I dropped the pic in question first and it was taken on the19th, so almost 2 weeks ago...

Also, I voted for myself the first time since end of July since I've been on here. I'm more of a nervous Nancy for that just thinking I'll be mocked and laughed at but I tried!

Ok so I had to turn the lights on in the tent and move a roomie in there with Ammy so of course, I gave her a work up. Absolutely 100% they were calyxes. I have another pic, posted first of the same bud now that I was picking on this morning.

Ammy stinks. Beautifully.

She smells up the house when I open the grow room door.

She sticks to your fingers when you just graze her.

Her buds are really starting to thicken up.
Out of beer cans to do a side by side since the last beer can pic. Liquor store run later...

Another evening of patiently yet impatiently waiting for Ammy to finish.

Since I didn't have much to do this evening, I straightened out my grow room. It was driving me nuts. Also started my October log book (in green, naturally, on my shelf for random grow shit).

She got fed again today, I can't wait to see her root system when she is harvested, I am sure it is insane-see them on the top and sides. I kept adding more and more soil to not expose the roots to too much oxygen while she finished up.

Current G-13 pheno is definitely going into an 8 gl before it is all said and done. Who knows how much more glorious Ammy could have been had I given her a bigger final home.

At least once she's been cropped it's win win. If she doesn't reveg you'll probably know within 3 or 4 weeks and can just throw her away which you would do anyway after crop. And if she takes boom it's mother time and many many babies to come lol. Its all about the space and time and if it pays off I suppose. You seem to have really strong and happy plants though so if she's happy after crop it's very doable

Lol gooooooood *lightning flash* I need you to do it so I can see how doable it is lol. I'm doing 3 different top shelf strains next run from a certain sponsor. Should be able to release all details Monday. Suffice to say I'm very god dam excited haha. I'm getting 12 seeds - 5 4 and 3 of like I said crazy good strains. So first I'll be praying to the germination gods then as I really want 3 of each to take but I'm gonna plant all 12 and if all 12 germ then I'll be doing alot of ladies over winter haha. But really would like to pick the best of the best for a mother and reveg the hell out of her
