People run autos on different light schedules.
20/4 will finish fast with lower yield
18/6 will finish just about when the package says with average yield
and 12/12 will often finish around 2 weeks later with larger yield.
Ive seen journals of people switching from 20/4 to 12/12 with their autos and increasing yield from 1oz to 2oz. but that included micro topping and light stressing as well.
