@Giixer Was kind enough to send me a light to test and document a cannabis grow with. As you may have guessed from the title, I have decided to use my light to do a clone run start to finish.

As some of you may already know, there was a slight change of plans. @Giixer Does not ship the SMD model to Canada but were kind enough to send me the model that they do sell here in the great white north.

The light arrived today!

A few things to keep in mind: I got a new 3x3 tent and 4 inch extraction fan today as well. Got everything set up and am excited to show you!

There were no signs of what the package contained on the exterior. Just a shipping tag so stealth was maintained.

The light was very well packaged with extra care. The content of the box was inside the Amazon box surrounded by airbags. The light was wrapped with a styrofoam jacket and bumpers on the light inside the @Giixer box.

The box contained the light, four suspension hangers, one ratchet clip, power cord and instruction manual.

Setup and un-packaging was pleasant and quick, all of the contents were inside and seem to be made of strong materials.

The light is quite bright and as you can see when both switches are flipped it is quite pink! I should be introducing the new clones to their new environment in the next couple of days and then we will see how the light performs.

A few observations: I really liked the packaging and the discreet shipping. I also really like the mounts for the four clips on the top of the light, they seem like they're brass or some other nice hard metal. The light's housing has a really nice look and feel/finish as well.

I ran the light for a few hours with both switches on and am maintaining near identical environment to my other cabinet.

Hello 420 Family!

It's time for a giixer light update! Brought to you by our friends at @Giixer!

I am currently vegging 12 plants in my 3x3 under the giixer light.

These clones and seedlings were under 4 led screw in bulbs prior to me putting this light up, I had the giixer light running in my flower cabinet during that time. You can see pictures of that at the grow in my signature.

Check out the difference after a couple days!

Here is the first day of the 10 clones and two seedlings under the giixer light:

Looking happy and healthy! What a difference. These clones and seedlings will be vegging for another 5-8 weeks while their mothers finish up next door.

Thanks again for the light @Giixer ! I can officially vouch that this is a great light and works really well for me in the 3x3 lightprint of my tent.

Things are embarrassingly cramped in my veg cabinet as my flower cabinet finishes up but the giixer is chugging along.

3 weeks and they'll be out of there and into the flower cabinet. LMFAO. As I said the giixer light works great for a 3x3 in veg but I have WAY too many plants in there.

Hello 420 fam!

These plants have moved on to my flower cabinet. It took them right to where I needed them to, I pushed this lights limits. These plants were all prepared for flower by the Giixer light. I moved three plants out of the veg cabinet and into the flower cabinet two weeks prior.

This picture is the day the rest moved. As I said they were in a 3x3 and now in a 3x4ish. They were/are cramped and that's on me. The light preformed very well. The grey horizontal bar sits 36 inches off of the floor of my cabinet.

I am continuing to use this light but as of now it is lighting a single plant in the 3x3

That's a critical mass Fem from Canuk seeds in a 5 gallon fabric pot.

I am still using the @Giixer light for veg in my 3x3. It now has only the one Critical Mass plant from Canuk Seeds in a 5 gallon pot under it. I topped her a while back and now this plant is a BEAST! She's so bushy and her stems are so thick! I am very impressed with this plant's genetics and also the Giixer light's performance. See for yourself...

As I stated before, this light works great for vegetative growth. I will continue to update this journal as long as I use the light. At this point this light has been running 18 hours a day for three months straight and is still going strong. Thanks for watching!

She's so bushy and her stems are so thick! I am very impressed with this plant's genetics and also the Giixer light's performance. See for yourself...

As I stated before, this light works great for vegetative growth. I will continue to update this journal as long as I use the light. At this point this light has been running 18 hours a day for three months straight and is still going strong. Thanks for watching!

Thanks for the info on the Giixer. I have one in my 36x20x62 " tent and the girls look good. I'm a week away from flip and I have one more light on the way. Mine are the single switch, yellow and a little bit of red. Id like to daisy chain them ,theres a plug on top. Does it just plug in. Sorry for being an electrical doofus.
