Their not bad for their purpose....only $23 but I felt better spending a few extra dollars that actually had safe for plant dark cycle written on the box. It's called the green hornet

Its only about 4 inches long and I believe uses 12watts its pretty bright. Its not colored lenses its actually like a mini corn light with actual green led's. Makes you feel like your on an alien planet.

I bought a few green light bulbs but was scared to use them because they were either incandescent lights with green painted glass or they were white led's with a green plastic cover and no matter how much I searched I could not find a definitive answer if they were safe for plants but all those kinds only cost .88¢-$6.99

But there is a Difference between something actually emitting green light and white light that is being processed through a green filter/lens
I remember 10th grade biology. We talked about green lights and plants. Plants reflect green light thats why they appear green, logically they dont see green light. Yes wavelength comes into play. It the same reason blue jeans are blue and pussy is pink. Just the color of light that is reflected.
Its just like infra red light for human beings, its there, we just cant see it.

Yeah, I shoulda warned them about the dangers of tanning salons lol. It was from not paying attention. I knew I was pushing it with the light where it was, just thought I could go one more day without raising it. And we all know what "thought" did.

Yeah I'm not 100% sure how it all works but when looking at grow tents many advertise the green window as a way to check on your plants without disrupting the dark cycle, so it must be at least semi-legit or their would be some seriously upset customers .

Good morning friends 
From this point on I will be mostly concentrating on the clones. I've moved the seedlings over to the Group Flip journal, as I will be flipping them tomorrow.
The White Berry and the Sensi Star are taking it in stride after the light bleaching. I'm slowly pulling off the damaged leaves that have less than 50% green showing. Those ladies are stacking the buds like crazy. The Atomical Haze just keeps going on it's own merry way, stretching a bit and building up her buds. And she is taking as much light as I can throw at her.

Hey Leo? Have you ever used Terpinator? When I was at the hydro shop picking up some smartpots, they suggested Terpinator to increase the aroma, and juice up the trichs. Supposed to tighten up the buds too. Anyways, I bought a bottle of it and going to give it a try. I won't have anything to compare it to though. But if it brings out the terps, I'm all for it. Terps have more effect on your buzz than most people realize.
I get older, they stay the same age!

Honestly I've never heard of it but I'm gonna have to pick up a bottle when i get back to work, i agree about the aroma and terps, Weed is something that is made so much better when you use all your senses to enjoy it, a good buzz is more enjoyable when it tastes and smells amazing to! Thanks for the heads up snarly I'll have to grab some of that!

I've always found that enjoying a nice citrusy, hoppy, IPA with some Kind puts me in just the right mood. A friend of mine got me some Fresh Squeezed IPA from Deschutes Brewery for my Birthday. That beer with some buds is the Goldie Lox High, "Just Right!"
